Casa Toppole is an old stone farmhouse, full of charm, located in the heart of Tuscany. It is independent, enjoys a panoramic view and is located 6 kilometers from Anghiari, a medieval classified village.

The capacity of the house is 6 to 8 people. It was built on the ruins of an eleventh century castle. This stronghold became a magnificent medieval hamlet, perfectly restored, called Toppole.

Where the Tiber finds its source, where Tuscany blends into green Umbria, this magical place allows you to find peace and tranquility in the green hills of Tuscany. A particular atmosphere comes from this place where the traveler has the feeling to go back into the past while having all the modern comfort offered by the house.

Try out an unforgettable stay in the cradle of the Etruscan and the Renaissance cultures.

Discover the beauty of the landscapes, stroll into the small villages, follow the roads lined with cypress trees.

Make your own market and cook with herbs gathered in the garden. Try the Tuscan gastronomy through the typical “trattorias”.

Relax, watch the animals, enjoy the scenery and the beautiful walks starting from the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If CARINE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
