Closed in 2016 in its eco-friendly version, Casa Flops returns, even more beautiful, nestled on its hill facing the bay of Andilana. Remodeled villa for 6 people with a large independent veranda, breathtaking views of our tropical garden in the foreground ... but your eyes can be lost to the archipelago of the Mitsio Islands. 1 suite with WC, bathroom and private terrace, view of the sunrise. 1 large living room with American kitchen. 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and toilet in the hallway. There is a 4G key at home that connects to a socket and allows several devices to connect to Wifi. The code is in the key and it will be charged with 2GB upon your arrival and for each rental week. To recharge more is very simple but it is your responsibility. There is a juice extractor at your disposal. Please read the instructions for use before use. There is no washing machine at home however Marinette is the queen of clean linen and chef in this area. She always has Marseille soap at her disposal (respect for sewage that spreads in the garden) and you just have to leave your basket of linen in the morning.

You will be greeted by Fulvia and / or Maria. They will be your contacts on the spot and will be able very well to inform you as well on the house as on the things to see and to do. Fulvia does not work on site but at Chez Nono restaurant 600 meters away. Maria is also a housekeeper and you can arrange with her hours that you prefer to intervene.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
