Description

Ancroft Manor is a spacious traditional farmhouse located in the tiny hamlet of Ancroft set in beautiful rural Northumbrian countryside near to the coast. The property can easily accommodate twelve guests without feeling over crowded so is ideal for large groups to get to gather, relax and explore the beautiful historic sights of North Northumberland and its unspoiled countryside.
The property has six bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, a large sitting room, dinning room, T.V snug room, open fires, kitchen with traditional Aga cooker, sheltered patio for alfresco dinning with 7 seater HOT TUB and extensive gardens to relax with family and friends. WiFi and Xbox 360 also included as well as a snooker table in the games room.

Loved the place, party of 9, 50th birthday party, brilliant time had by all, house, amazing, rooms all wonderful, hot tub was just the best, recommend to anyone, we will be returning !

Great sized house at a lovely location. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The hot tub was fantastic. Only 5 miles from Berwick and we got a taxi easy enough to go to the pubs for the day. There was a slight issue with the water which was boiling hot for showers but nothing that would stop me going back.

We had a fab time the house is lovely and the jacuzzi was very relaxing could easily have stretched out in a nice heated pool and this place would be perfect definately worth another visit in the future

Great place for a break close to beaches and supermarkets. Facilities were super outside space fantastic for the kids secure area to run around and play. Hottub was loved by all, bedrooms were comfortable lots of space to relax in. Would highly recommend staying here, owner Richard was very helpful.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
