From the owner

The Bouzama is a villa that invites to relaxation in a lush garden of 3500 m 2: argan trees, olive trees, various kinds of Palm trees and exotic flowers for a total change of scenery. This House of more than 370 m 2 sleeps 12. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms bath and shower which one with an extra bath, two kitchens, one with a large American bar and l ´autre in the courtyard to not wake you up during the preparation of breakfast.

3 different terraces and protected courtyard, allow you to make the most of the garden, freshness of the argan and the last rays of Sun at the end of day on the roof terrace. Our Cook, Halima, offers a variety of Moroccan and international dishes. It s ´occupe of all meals and household linen. The gardener and guardian can accompany you shopping if you wish and s ´occupera also of the swimming pool (10 m x 6 m).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Olivia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
