This contemporary and stylish air-conditioned, ground floor apartment is situated on a new landscaped and maintained complex set in a gently sloping valley a few minutes from the pretty village of Anarita. The apartment has easy access to all local amenities including tavernas, a supermarket and local shops. The setting is relaxed - yet is only 10 minutes from the airport and a short drive to the town and harbour of Paphos.

The apartment boasts a spacious terrace and attractive garden overlooking the gardens and pool, which features a central waterfall, children's pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Sun loungers, parasols, poolside showers and changing rooms/toilets are also available for the use of residents. There is also a well equipped gym with changing facilities.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and is ideal for friends, couples and families alike. Also as the apartment is ground floor ( with no internal steps ) this would be suitable for less mobile guests.

Our intention has been for our apartment to be a "home from home", and has been thoughtfully equipped to a high standard. For guests looking for somewhere a little more child-friendly and with a young daughter ourselves, we have ensured that our apartment provides these facilities - with travel cot, high chair and car seat available for guest use!

The main bedroom is stylishly decorated with double bed, stylish en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and air-con. The second bedroom is bright and airy with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, air-con and patio doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

The open-plan fitted kitchen has been fitted to a very high standard with stainless steel appliances set against a beech wood finish. Main features include hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and all the cutlery and utensils you could need.

The apartment boasts a spacious open plan lounge/dining area. Dining table & chairs comfortably seating 6 people, stylish modern sofas (including sofa bed), TV/DVD player, selection of DVDs, Hi-Fi with IPOD Dock). Patio doors lead onto the spacious patio overlooking the garden and pool.

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are available in all rooms for your comfort (providing heat for those visiting in the cooler months).

Further details outdoors

The spacious private terrace which is set back behind a private garden area only several metres from the pool is wonderful for relaxing, and is basked in sunshine throughout the day and into the evening (for enjoying that cool drink as the sun sets!).

A large patio table and chairs with a large umbrella for shade are provided for your enjoyment. Steps lead down from the terrace to the pool area (with outdoor jacuzzi).

There are shower and toilet facilities adjacent to the pool for your convenience. In addition, the on-site gym is only a very short walk from the apartment for the more energetic guests!

A covered parking space is available for use - we would recommend car hire to fully appreciate everything that Cyprus has to offer!
