Beautifully furnished house in the lovely development of Anarita Chorio, Paphos

recently decorated and furnished this house to a great standard making this a real home from home in this lovely friendly community.NEWLY ADDED WIFI AND KODI TV with all English channels and all the latest films via streaming

The townhouse in situated just 2 minutes from shops and restaurants including the famous Olivios Restaurant nearby. This property is perfect for the family as many families and locals live there. You have the choice of 3 large swimming pools within the development with the largest of all pools by the entrance of our rear garden

The house has been furnished to ensure its as close to what you are used to at home as possible, including flat screen TV, DVD, Ipod Dock and DVD library and free WIFI plus NEW Kodi TV system

All rooms are air conditioned and have both floor and ceiling fansFully fitted kitchen open plan leading to Dining Roon with all appliances you needThere is also a downstairs shower room/cloakroom which is different to most other properties in the developmentLovely outdoor patio area with seating overlooking the pool so have a drink as the sun goes down

New sofa bed enabling you to sleep two further people Anarita is just a 5-10 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the famous Aphrodite luxury resort which is available to all local tourists. At Aphrodite you have all the finest restaurants and some designer boutiques as well as a exclusive golf course. Also you are 5-10 minutes from the Secret Valley and Minthis Hills golf courses.

Anarita is situated just 15 minutes drive to Paphos harbor where you have access to some of the best restaurants in Cyprus. A detailed pack is provided explaining what we have highly recommended after numerous years of research

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susan & Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
