The journey to this development couldn't be more stunning, as you leave the motorway you are surrounded by the beauty of the Cypriot countryside, on route you pass, villages with schools shops, etc. and petrol stations.

A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.

The final balance and security deposit is due 28 days prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided.

It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or thi.rd party.

The Larnaka District

Larnaca is the nearest city which is only 20 minutes by car. There you will find plenty of shopping opportunities in the many streets and passage ways. There are also large supermarkets such as Carrefour if you need them. Larnaca also has many places of interest to see.
Along the tree lined promenade there is a host of good places to eat as well as a good blue flag status beach with sunbeds, parasols and watersports. There is a Marina at one end of the promenade and the Fort at the other. There are also two museums, the church of St. Lazaros and various ancient sites across the town. On the way to Larnaca you’ll pass the Salt Lakes which are home to migrating Flamingos during the winter months.
Larnaca has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, including the famous Phinikoudes Beach, a marina, delightful promenades lined with palm trees and an array of cafes, bars and restaurants over looking the sparkling Mediterranean sea.
There is also a good range of shops both Cypriot and British (Marks & Spencer, Debenhams) as well as an excellent choice of traditional and international restaurants including, mexican, chinese, indian, meditteranean and more.
The excellent motorways put Larnaca within easy reach of other resorts including Ayia Napa, Protaras and Limassol.
Larnaca is a thriving port with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is a significant tourist and commercial area. It is a convenient base for exploring the island. Pedestrianised sea front is lined with plenty of Cypriot cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all ages. At the northern end of the promenade there is a large marina where regular boat trips can be booked. Larnaca has a long history and there are many places of interest to see and explore. Ayia Napa is a 30 min drive to the east and is renowned for its night life. It also has a water park highly suitable for families. To the north a 30 min drive will take you to Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.

“No Luxury and Dirty”

Not Luxury Villa Air conditioning on timer 2 hrs max if worked Furniture broken terrible condition Dangerous and Dirty Pool LIVE WIRES NOT PROTECTED Pool not functioning properly mud coming back thru filter into Pool Next Door Villa abandoned stagnant water left in this pool mosquitoes and sewerage smells unable to use terrace which was dirty with pigeon poo interior lights full of dead insects therefore no light properly and many lights not working in Villa especially on staircase; No proper response from Agents Cyprus Villas after repeated requests no one attended the Villa or contacted us. We were attending a wedding as soon as it was over we left and paid again for an Hotel DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA
