Built in 2007 with an open-concept living space, this 2,700-square-foot home offers breathtaking San Juan Island views from both indoor and outdoor living spaces. The main seating area features plush leather couches and a cozy gas fireplace beside expansive picture windows.

A second seating area nearby features 2 high-end Stressless recliners so you can enjoy a movie marathon on the flat-screen cable TV. Pick up some fresh ingredients at the Anacortes Farmers Market and take a seat at the 4-person breakfast bar at the kitchen peninsula.

The chef in your group will love the glossy granite counters and professional grade stainless steel appliances that outfit the gourmet kitchen. Slate floors, an island and separate pantry space ensure that any dish is a success. Use the gas grill for a delicious alternative!

It'll be hard to choose where to dine, with both an elegant 8-person dining table inside and a 6-person table out on the deck. Pour a glass of wine and linger out on the deck as the sun goes down over Rosario Strait. The lower deck features a sunken hot tub perfect for an evening soak before bed.

How do damage deposits work?
