Description

Our guesthome was built in 1883 and is located right near the Amstel river. We live in a quiet area named "Weesperzijde kwartier". Museums and main tourist attractions are only a small walk, or a 5 minute tram-ride, away. Public transport and a well assorted grocery store are right around the corner. At the Weesperzijde are all kinds of restaurants.

The studio apartment is equipped with a private bathroom and kitchen and is comfortably and tastefully furnished. Tea and coffee making facilities are at your disposal. Please browse around for more information.

The studio/loft is equipped with a private bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave-oven, fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. You have a double bed (which can be made into a twin). The sofa can become a second double bed, a table with 4 chairs and digital television. There is central heating. All the linnen and towels are included. The studio is non-smoking, thank you for not smoking in the studio.

“Amazing apartment”

Had the best time in Amsterdam, the apartment was really good exactly what we needed for our lads holiday away. Perfect walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was really friendly and very reasonable making sure everything was alright for our trip. Definitely will be coming back

As soon as I walked through the front door, I was met with two very, very steep staircases. Except for a lifelong fear of stairs I would have been okay. Turns out they were only the first out of four. Very scary for me but I did manage. Once upstairs though, the apartment was very nice, perfect for one or two people. Apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. Everything I was looking for was within a half-hour walk from the apartment.

Voyageant avec une petite fille de 2 ans, le propriétaire à été trè arrangeant, nous mettant de lui même à disposition un lit parapluie pour qu'elle puisse dormir en tout sécurité. le logement en lui même est très bien, fonctionnelle et moderne. literie confortable. la kitchenette nous a permis de prendre nos petits déjeuner tranquillement, et le supermarché a 2 pas était très appréciable ! sa proximité du centre ville (compter 10/15 min du centre ville a vélo) était idéal. je recommande vivement!

How do damage deposits work?
