A charming detached 4 bedroom property situated in a conservation area within a delightful village location and on a plot of approximately 1 ½ acres including its own woodland. The accommodation is light and airy throughout and on the first floor comprises of a Master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a family bathroom, whilst on the ground floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms one with an en suite shower room, a family bathroom, generous triple aspect lounge with views over the large front garden, kitchen / breakfast room open planned through to the large Oak framed Orangery with views across the gardens and doors opening to the patio, utility room, cloakroom, study and family room. Outside there is a large block paviour driveway with parking for many vehicles, patios to the front and rear of the house and a large lawn edged by woodland where deer are frequently seen meandering through. The wifi signal can be a little sketchy but in this area there isn't a provider that can offer super fast broadband.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara and Bryan and Kelvin (the owner) a message.

If Sara and Bryan and Kelvin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
