Underhill is a beautiful south west facing, bright 1st floor apartment in the centre of Ambleside and can sleep 4 adults. It is furnished to a very high standard. & there are spectacular views from the lounge, bedroom and private balcony across the town of Ambleside to the fells beyond (Loughrigg, Fairfield and in the distance the Old Man of Coniston)

There is a fully equipped kitchen - new June 2020, with dishwasher, built-in oven, hob and microwave; toaster, kettle, quality china & glassware as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a bottle of wine to welcome you.

There is a refurbished bathroom with a bath and separate large walk in multi-spray shower, basin and toilet and heated towel rail and underfloor heating. . Complimentary selection of Arran Aromatic toiletries along with thick fluffy towels add a luxurious touch.

The light, open plan lounge and dining area has two new comfy sofas and foot stool and coffee table Good secondary lighting and coffee table.

The separate super king size bedroom has quality bed linen & plenty of storage. There is an additional full size pull-down pocket sprung double bed which stores away easily remaining made up in the concealed wall cupboard in the dining area of the lounge. This has its own wardrobe space for added storage.

2 smart televisions, Wi-Fi, DVD player, Echo dot, Bose bluetooth speaker/radio to allow your own music from Iphone etc. Loads of DVD's to play.

Underfloor heating in bathroom and hallway. Electric heating throughout - electricity included in rental price.

The layout of the apartment means two couples can stay and because the bathroom can be accessed from the lounge and the bedroom via the hallway - privacy can be maintained.

Designated free parking space by the main entrance where there is also a lift or stairway.

It is a 5 minutes walk down into Ambleside where there is a host of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes - some providing live evening entertainment Three cinemas within walking distance all showing different films means there is always something showing for everyone!

The apartment is suitable for couples or small families with plenty in the surrounding area to keep everyone happy!

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lesley (the owner) a message.

If Lesley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
