"Perfect Stay in a Perfect Place"
I do not usually write reviews but after returning from Windows I felt I had too. The location is absolutely perfect for families, walkers, sightseers, basically anyone who wants to explore the Lakes for any reason!! Apart from the location which is ideal you have a gorgeous, clean and incredibly well presented apartment to return too after a walk or couple (or more) pints in any of the excellent local pubs on your doorstep, this really was a delight. It felt like my wife and our 7 month old baby were still at home, just now with incredible views! The information provided in the welcome pack was brilliant and as we ate in on a number of nights and ordered take always, we were provided with information not only on all of the local restaurants, (which was excellent and very accurate) but also on local take always, a really nice extra touch. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom and views really topped off what is an already excellent apartment. Finally I have to say that you can see how proud and how much the owners love the place. I am sure they will stay there themselves as there are many little additions that they do not need to add but clearly due to their pride in the apartment have, none more so than the TV in the bathroom! Saturday night watching the TV, in the bath with a glass of wine after a long walk has to be one of the most indulgent and satisfying parts to my stay. Thank you Windows we will be back!!!

"Great location, warm, clean & comfortable"
Great location, easy to reach and a good base to explore lake district. The house had been warmed when we arrived. The house is renovated and the beds are comfortable and the rooms are tidy. Kitchen is well equipped and we did enjoy cooking for celebrating Chinese New Year. Really a perfect place worth of coming again.
