Very Good

“Lovely apartment”

We have just returned from a week stay at Bay view terraces. The apartment is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the spacious terrace and spent a lot of time there. The beds are very comfortable and the new shower rooms are very smart. The area around the apartment is very quiet so may be worth renting a car. The owners were extremely helpful from booking all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. The taxi driver we arranged through the owner was friendly and punctual too. Thanks!

“A home from home”

We have stayed at this apartment many times and we love it. The beds are truly comfortable, the air conditioning is efficient and silent, the patio furniture is ample with lovely covers for the loungers on a spacious balcony with controlled awnings. The owners have thought of everything. The flat is just across a road from the sea where there are many very good beach bars and restaurants, and there is a little local shop within easy walking diistance which stays open till late and supplies most things you need. There are the ruins of the ancient city of Amathus nearby which are very interesting and the apartment is well situated to go up into the hills beyond to see villages,with restaurants serving traditional Cypriot food.

“Lovely stay”

This apartment is in a brilliant location - a quiet complex close to the beach and the surrounding resorts. My colleague and I were attending a conference at the nearby Grand Resort hotel and it was a perfect walking distance. The flat itself is very well looked after - clean with everything we needed. The owners and local contacts were on hand every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

“Great apartment and perfect central location in the beautiful Amathus area near Limassol”

We had already a good impression before arriving to the apartment as the owner was very responsible and helpful, even so kind to organize a phone call to make sure we had all the info we needed. The apartment itself is on a first floor of a three-floor holiday house. It is spacious, well-equipped (TV, kitchen with all utensils, Internet, airco) and has 2 nice bedrooms next to a nice kitchen and living room. The large terrace watches over the bay area and the shared swimming pool of the complex. The location of the apartment in the Amathous area and close to Limassol is ideal for going out or visiting the many nearby beautiful villages, cultural locations and sightseeing in south-central Cyprus. Our vacation started perfectly with the sunny and welcoming smile of Jay Jay who gave us some great tips for sightseeing and supermarkets. The friendly owner of the apartment Andrew kwas available by text and e-mail during our stay and this made it very easy to ask some questions. Also when we arrived there was some food and a welcome package available for a first breakfast so we didn't have to rush to the supermarket : fantastic ! There is really nothing to remark about the apartment and we had a great stay. The only minor complaint is that the swimming pool was slightly small for our teenagers but then again the beautiful beach with a calm sea is so close. Well done Andrew and Joanna - you set a high standard for all owners of holiday houses. Highly recommended.

“Superb accommodation and great location”

The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is the best apartment we have ever booked directly with an owner. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that guests have a great experience, their attention to detail is superb. It is an easy walk to a selection of local restaurants, cafes and the beach. Although a car is not essential it is good if you wish to go further afield or use the larger supermarket Metro (which is about 6 Km away), although Coralli (close by) is very well stocked. We enjoyed the beach area outside the St Raphael hotel, next to Seashells bar. Large sunshades and comfortable loungers. It seems 2.5 euros per bed and shade is a standard charge along the coastline. All together a great holiday and renting experience!

“The Terrace became our second home!”

We have just returned from 10 days at Bayview - totally refreshed and relaxed. Was a bit of a shock setting off to work today in the dark and at 5 degrees celsius. This apartment is spotlessly clean and you are warmly welcomed by Diane & Colin, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The balcony / terrace was the overwhelming feature for us - we wanted a chance to chill-out after a particularly busy year, and the very large private terrace which receives the sun all day, really did become our lounge! Bayview is well equipped and everything works - good aircon and great wi-fi. Many eateries locally, and a small supermarket 5 minutes away - and the 'Meridien to MyMall' local bus stops at the bottom of the road - so Larnaca Centre is easily accessible in 15 minutes. Fancy some calories.....head for the 'Sailors Rest' and indulge in the Waffles - with ice cream and a variety of fruits. Ooopps - back on the diet! Andrew & Joanna (owners) are a mine of useful information and hugely helpful.

This appartment had everything we hoped for for a most enjoyable holiday in Cyprus: Comfort, peaceful and quiet, clean, excellent views, fully and tastefully furnished, close to all facilities and central to all tourist attractions. It is also located in a safe and secured area with plenty of parking. We most enjoyed the view from the balcony of the Mediterranean sea but also the beautiful gardens below which were in full bloom. We spent 3 weeks in it and had a relaxing holiday visiting the nearby beach, the restaurants, or used as a base for our travels around the island. And not forgetting the magnificent pool when we needed to cool down during the hot month in June.
