Spacious contemporary stylish sea front family friendly duplex townhouse with sea and pool view, terrace, modern open plan kitchen, with oven, microwave and dishwasher, enclosed parking, high quality fixtures and fittings, excellent Wi-Fi facility, UK & Irish TV channels (inc 56 entertainment channels, 40 UK channels, 37 Sports channels and 21 Movie channels Irish; Belgian; Dutch; German; French; Greek; Italian; Scandinavian; Maltese; USA & UK).

Master bedroom benefits from lovely sunny balcony with sea views. Two sun terraces, one on the pool side /sea side and the other at the front of the property. Sun loungers and outside dining. Bedding, towels and sun lounger towels, hairdryer supplied.

200m from the sea , 5 minute walk from San Miguel Marina with its rooftop bar, scuba diving, jet skiing, submarine cruises, tall ships day boat cruising and dining. Nearby tennis court, horse riding centre. Conveniently situated on the border of the beautiful Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf and Country Club resorts. Shared swimming pool including small paddling pool for toddlers. Landscaped garden.

10 mins drive from airport, 15 mins drive to Los Cristianos, Las Americas, 2 min drive to San Blas restaurants (5-10 minute walk along the beach). Los Abrigos bay 5 min drive with its numerous seafood restaurants. 10 min drive from Bahia del Duque area, a 5* quality region of Tenerife which is built up around the Bahia del Duque resort hotel. 10 min from La Caleta, a lovely bay with numerous seafront restaurants.

A 10 to 15 min drive from Siam Park, the best waterpark in Europe and Tripadvisors number 1 attraction in Europe.

Further afield is the wonderful Teide National Park. Highly recommend a winding drive over the hills which may take up to 2 hours, or if preferred a more direct route off the road to Santa Cruz.

Also further afield and a lovely 45 minute trip away is the up and coming Santa Cruz with its street of tapas and shops, a beautiful park, scattered with art works. Within another 15 minutes from Santa Cruz is the UNESCO World Heritage town of La Laguna , used as a template for Latin American cities and towns, again, well worth a visit to be transported to El Salvador for the day.

San Miguel Townhouse offers a relaxed holiday for a couple, family or small group of friends for golfing, diving or taking day trips to the numerous excursions available on the island. A truly excellent holiday, all year round.

When you get to the house you will find an information pack on the activities you can do in the area and good local restaurants. Please note that a couple of issues have been raised by guests which are mentioned in the comments. To reassure you, the internet is now in excellent working order, the garage door has been fixed and a new TV package has been installed with Mvies, Sports Sky, UK channels etc. See photos for full list of channels.

House rules

Please let me know if you will be having a late/early arrival or departure as I will have to charge and extra £30 if it is outside the 8am-10pm window, as the couple who welcome you at the house charge me extra outside these hours.
We do not accept arrivals or departures on Christmas Eve after midday, anytime on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day.

If Heather (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
