Fairways is a small private development in Andalucian village style, which is gated for security and exclusivity.

This Penthouse is privately owned and fully equipped, it is decorated & maintained to the highest standards. It is situated on the top (2nd) floor but unlike the majority of other properties at Fairways, it has south sea view balcony plus a roof terrace, for all day sun. The rooftop has loungers and being gated, it can be locked for your 'private' sunbathing !

The Apartment was fully refurbished in 2021 and now has unlimited FREE Wifi installed for the use of guests. There should be no confusion between this property and some other sparse, undistinguished holiday properties offered locally.

There is a bright & airy spacious lounge with digital English TV, DVD, CD player and stereo. Italian tiles cover the floor and all rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is electric and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Also for the more energetic there is a washing machine, iron, board and clothes drier. If you are arriving late, there is no charge for the generous welcome pack including tea,coffee, milk, biscuits etc which will greet you. The twin aspect master bedroom has a double bed with a en-suite bathroom and a hair dryer ! French doors open onto the balcony which has built in brick BBQ and enough table & chairs for up to six to dine in comfort. The two bedded second bedroom is light & airy with adjacent bathroom and shower and both bedrooms have built in cupboards with more than ample space .Fairways is ultra safe and secure but for peace of mind the apartment has an electronic safe

Located on the Amarilla Golf & Country Club resort, Fairways offers a secure development with beautiful sub tropical gardens and the best swimming pool for miles. It is heated and has children's area plus is monitored all day long by a professional lifeguard. In the centre there is an Island bar which serves food all day long. On site there is is a quality restaurant, carhire and several bars. Adjacent is a supermarket, laundry, a take away, video hire, sports bar and more restaurants.There is a new outdoor children's play area with safety flooring, climbing frame, slide, table football, swing and occasional bouncy castle . Additionally there are free organised children's activities. Consequently the accommodation and resort are particularly popular with families and also for those seeking a quiet quality haven in which to relax and enjoy the sunshine and scenery.
