This duplex apartment is on the first and top floors. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave oven, washing machine and fridge. The lounge has a large sofa and armchair, television and ceiling fan. There is a balcony with table and chairs, where you can watch the golf.
Upstairs on the top floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom.

The main bedroom overlooking the fairway and the sea, has a double bed, a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. It is fitted with air-conditioning and the sliding doors lead to a large balcony with sunbeds. The second bedroom has two single beds, large wardrobe and a bedside cupboard. This bedroom is fitted with a safe and also has air-conditioning. It has patio doors leading to the third balcony. The bathroom is newly refurbished with a walk-in shower, lavatory and wash basin and unit. All floors are tiled.

Please note that this is a no smoking apartment including the patios.

The Canary Islands region

Although only about 10 mins drive from Los Christianos the area is very rural. The beach at El Madino is about a 10 min drive. It is a very large sandy beach usually sparsely occupied and is ideal for beach walks.

From the main bedroom and lounge balconies the views of the golf course, marina and sea are uninterrupted and very beautiful. Looking North on a clear day, mount Teide with it's snow peak , can be seen easily.

Amarilla Golf

There are small shops on site where most requirements, such as food, can be purchased. There are also several bars and restaurants.

A five minute walk to the marina finds more restaurants and shops.

“Everything you need”

Excellent apartment with everything you would need for a holiday in the Amarilla golf area. Superb views over golf course and marina. The 3 patios mean you can sun worship from dawn until dusk. There is a safe and patio screen doors for security and peace of mind. A washing machine which means you can travel with less clothes which is always a boost. Air conditioning for the hotter times and access to a lovely pool area just 100m away. The shower pressure is great with a good enough supply for 3 of us to have showers back to back without running out of hot water. The shower is also walk in which was great as we had my 84 year old mother with us. A car is a nice to have but I wouldn't say it was a necessity as there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk and a taxi rank just 200m away if you wanted to venture further afield. Don't expect 5 star luxury for this price because you won't get it unless you pay at least double this price range. If what you are looking for is good basic accomodation in a lovely location then I can't recommend this place highly enough. We are hoping to go back in January but we are disappointed that this apartment has already been booked for our dates as we would go back there in a heartbeat. Big thanks to Graham the owner for excellent communication beforehand and to Christine who looks after the apartment for getting a problem we had with the toilet resolved efficiently. These things happen with wear and tear with older properties and it was refreshing that it was fixed in a timely manner.

I found this apartment ticked all my boxes and needs Close to all amenities...incredible view and friendly atmosphere It was the perfect base for travels and days out Very comfortable and incredibly well looked after .. kitchen well equipped and shower /bathroom between both bedrooms Ability to sit on balconies both sides of the apartment.. so able to sit in or out of sun during the day felt very safe for two ladies on vacation Pools are immaculate I would highly recommend this apartment

We had a perfect holiday at a perfect place. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean and had amazing views to wake up to. The apartment was in a quiet area, which is what we wanted, but only a short walk to bars and resteraunts. Enjoyed lovely walks around the area and managed to explore some rural parts of Tenerife . We would love to return and would recommend to family and friends.
