“Awesome place to stay”

Reviewed 22 Jun 2015

A wonderful house to stay whilst visiting Scotland. Everything you need for a few days away at your finger tips. The owners were great. Location is perfect - away from the towns, but close enough to pop in and get everything you need. Would highly recommend staying here

“excellent spacious accomadation”

Reviewed 27 Oct 2014

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which is really spacious and comfortable. The fresh eggs and treats on arrival was most appreciated as was Debbie coming to our rescue with her jump leads!! :-) The adjoining games room is a great touch especially if the weather is not so good for getting out in the beautiful countryside and numerous walks which are literally "on the doorstep" of this working farm.

Owner's reply: I am glad that you enjoyed your stay, and loved reading the write up from the kids in the log book. Look forward to meeting you again sometime.

“Very friendly people with lovely accommodation”

Reviewed 4 Oct 2014

This property is very spacious and well thought out. There was plenty of space for our party of 5 consisting of myself, husband, son and in-laws. There was a separate lounge which was great for my son so he could spread out all of his toys or watch a dvd. Blairgowrie is a nice local place, good places to eat and some nice shops. The Alyth Hotel is a great place to visit, great food and great service along with great value. The Ospreys are nearby and we were visited by an owl one evening, directly outside the front windows on the telegraph pole. We also had deer in the large field at the front. Debbie was very helpful and on-hand if needed. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good, which is quite rare in my experience in some out of city places in Scotland. My only disappointment was the games room, as I thought it was inside the property, but it is actually in an outbuilding - however on saying that I think it is currently being updated so I am sure it will soon match the standard of the main property. My son loved being able to play ping pong and pool. Great on a rainy day, as it's inside with a lockable sliding door. We would definitely visit again as a family.

Owner's reply: I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in our barn conversion, we have a red squirrel visiting the Granary at the moment. I think the owl you heard was maybe a Barn Owl, as one seams to have taken up residence in the straw shed.

“An ideal base from which to walk The Cateran Trail”

Reviewed 1 Jun 2014

We came to the Granary for a week while we walked The Cateran Trail - we could not have stayed anywhere better! The property itself is large, spaceous and very, very clean. The facilities in the Granary are outstanding - we loved the drying room (a luxury for us walkers) and the big sliding window onto the front area. We all felt right at home from the start and it was so much more than just a place to stay once we had finished our days walk. Debbie the owner is very friendly and helpful - on hand but not at all obtrusive, leaving us to enjoy our holiday. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED

“Fantastic place for a relaxing holiday!”

Reviewed 12 Apr 2014

We had a wonderful spring holiday. The house is beautiful, my kids (2 and 5) loved being in the middle of a farm, especially with calves and lambs next door! Even my little brother (14) found plenty to keep him occupied with the pool table and darts board! The house is well stocked with puzzles and games for all ages and the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. We would thoroughly recommend this property for those looking for a relaxing base to explore Perthshire, Tayside and the highlands!

“Breathtaking”

This place is just amazing we arrived to find cake and fresh eggs with a lovely welcome note. The house is so spacious and finished to a very high standard it just goes on forever. We had a party of 6 adults and 1 three year old staying everyone loved the house and the surrounding farm we could wander looking at the cattle and sheep with wee lambs there is also a big waterfall up the road my son was very impressed. I highly recommend a stay here I would definitely love to come back absolutely couldn't find fault any ware.

“Absolutely fantastic place to stay”

We arrived from Australia for work and cannot fault the Incheoch Granary. It is well equipped and very clean and tidy. It is an idyllic place to stay, with lovely walks and scenery. It is very cosy and Debbie is very helpful and every level. Would recommend anyone to stay for a short break or longer.

“Wonderful place and people”

We had an amazing Easter holiday. The cottage exceed our expectations:modern, clean and very well appointed. All information and maps were available to guide us explore the surroundings. There was even a supply of books, dvds and games Couldn't ask for anything more!We felt like home and definitely we will be back! Thank you Debbie!

Owner's reply: I am glad you enjoyed your break. Thank you for your kind review and helping feed the pet lambs!

“Fabulous, all you could ask for in a holiday home, great location.”

Reviewed 31 May 2013

Superb converted granary in a beautiful part of Scotland. Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean & equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Wonderful pellet stove to keep you effortlessly cosy, great space for entertaining friends. Will be even better when the games room is operational. Lovely countryside to walk in & lots places to explore. Owners are so friendly & helpful. For those not accustomed to country living there is lots to entertain watching the goings on at a busy working farm. We would definately go back, extremely good value for the condition & size & its even pet friendly!

Owner's reply: Thank you very much for your kind review. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Pool table, Dart board, mini croquet and Children's bikes now in lockable games barn.
