This lovely one bedroom apartment is modern and bright and has fantastic views over the harbour and the swimming pool. Is is furnished to a high standard. The living room is spacious and it has a sofa bed with an underbed where can sleep up to 2 people. It has a dining area with 4 seats and cable TV. The bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables, a set of drawers and a buit in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the machines you may need and it has a first aid box, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. At the balcony you may have your meals, read a book or just enjoy the fabulous view. There is air conditioning all over the apartment.

The apartment is set a at a privileged location inside the condominum Clube Alvor Ria. This is a secure, private luxury condominium, located in front of Alvor's beautiful river (natural reserve), with its pleasant promenade and 5 min walk to the fabulous beach with its 4 miles of fine sand.

The centre of this typical fishing village is only a few steps away and there you may find a large variety of restaurants, bars and other shops. For golf lovers, some excellent golf courses are within 5-10 min drive (Alto Club, Penina and Morgado Golf).

Almost every year I do some updates in the apartment and this year the bathroom had a complete remodelling, so it is now a new modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paula (the owner) a message.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
