Description

Beautiful, 1 bedroomed, modern apartment with pool, air conditioning and 22ft square south facing balcony. Located a 10 minute walk to the famous Tres Irmaos beach and a 10 minute walk to the village where you will find all the shops, restaurants, bars. There are several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the apartment. We offer free High Speed optical fibre broadband Wifi and a 43 inch UHD 4K TV and Xbox One X. There is a pool within this gated apartment complex. It is modern and was constructed in 2007. There is free, safe parking in a bay outside or in the road. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, toaster etc. Enjoy al fresco living / dining/ relaxing on our large south facing balcony. We are fully licensed to rent our property.

“2nd Visit”

This was my second visit to Alvor and the apartment. With lovely gated entrance the apartment grounds are superb, very well maintained and very tidy and clean. The pool was fabulous again very clean and well maintained with lovely sun loungers and large shade umbrellas. The apartment itself was fantastic very well equipped from tea bags to a washing machine, home from home with great TV and Wifi. Spotlessly clean with a lovely south facing balcony with table and chairs for outside dining I couldn't fault it. A10 minute walk to a beautiful white sandy beach that stretches for miles. For walkers, a great boardwalk so you can walk all the way along the beach to the town of Alvor. Alvor is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Beautiful place with a wonderful supermarket and fabulous restaurants. There are fantastic fish restaurants, local Portuguese restaurants, English and even Indian eating places so there is something for everyone plus lovely bars all very reasonably priced. Communication with the owners was great they were so helpful before I left giving me an insight into Alvor and I knew I could contact them at anytime if needed whist I was away. I would without a doubt go back to Alvor and this apartment time and time again.

We have two sunbeds on our balcony which, we explain, can be taken to the pool so our guests are never without sunbeds. I'm not aware of lose tiles by the pool as it was fully renovated last year but i'll inform the condo's maintenance team . As a south facing balcony, you can sunbathe on the balcony but the part shade is an advantage when eating etc. We are glad you had a great holiday and would love to welcome you again.

How do damage deposits work?
