Apartment

This modern and lovely one bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of the private condominium "Clube Alvor Ria", with wonderful views over the Alvor estuary (natural reserve), is no more than 5-minute walk from the Alvor fabulous beach and from the picturesque village centre.

The whole apartment is in a very good state of preservation, as new, and it is fully furnished to a high standard.

It has a spacious bedroom, with one king bed, two nightstands, a dresser with a mirror and a built-in wardrobe with drawers. Travel cot is available.

The living room has two sleeper sofas where up to two people can sleep. It has a dining area with four chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appropriate machines, including hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffe maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a first aid box, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

The bathroom is excelent, comfortable, and bright due to good lighting, including natural light from a small glass window. It has a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a bidet, all as new. The sink is embedded in a large closet where you can store towels, toiletries and cosmetics. Above the sink there is a large mirror. The bathtub, which is separated by glass from the rest of the bathroom, has a mixer and a hand shower. The whole bathroom has hot and cold water. It also has an outlet connection suitable for the hairdryer or other electric appliances.

There is air conditioning all over the apartament. The apartment is also equipped with an iron, a board and a clothes drying rack.

Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to a large southwest facing balcony, full of sunlight, equipped with a table, four chairs and two sun-loungers with cushions, where you can have your meals or relax in the sun, while enjoying the fabulous views.

Bed linen, bath towels, an extra bath towels set, and a weekly clean are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

The complex, with a privileged location just in front of the Alvor estuary, has an outdoor swimming pool, just a few steps from the apartment, a large terrace with sun loungers, well kept and beautifully-landscaped communal gardens and secure indoor private parking, including garage parking, accessed through remote control access gates.

This apartment is most suitable for an occupancy of two adults and up to two children.

The apartment is licensed for rental purpose as "Alojamento Local", having been inspected by the local authorites and complying with all the security requirements.

“Great Apartment Great Location”

This is a great first floor apartment with sea view and view of the harbour, and only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need - fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a/c, safe and wifi etc etc. I stayed in this apartment before but found the bed very uncomfortable. After I raised this in a previous review, the owner (Isabel) replaced the mattress. When I returned for 9 days recently had a great nights sleep every night. The booking and payment process was easy. Definitely recommend this apartment.

This apartment is ideally situated overlooking the harbour. It is equipped with everything anyone would need on holiday including sunbeds on the balcony and down at the pool. It is within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Alvor is a lovely old fishing village with lots of little restaurants and bars giving it a great atmosphere in the evenings. Great place for couples and families. .

My husband and I both in our 50s along with our 15 year old and 20 year old daughters from Ireland stayed in this fabulous spacious clean central apartment from the end of July for 10 nights. We loved it so much we want to go back again next year. We were met with Maria when we arrived who so was welcoming and informative of everything in the apartment and Alvor. From you balcony you could see the harbour, you could sit here and watch the world go by with a lovely coffee in the morning, in the afternoon you had the sun on the balcony, and in the evening time it had a fabulous breeze. The pool is small but always so quiet and the great thing is that your apartment number is on the two sun loungers so no need to have to put your towel on your lounger early in the morning. It was spotless with a lovely breeze coming up from the harbour. The apartment had two sofa's which turned into two double beds and we had our own double bed in our room with a large wardrobe, safe and a double door which opened onto the balcony. The kitchen was so well equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven plus plenty of pots, pans, cutlery etc. The bathroom had a great shower with full power at all times. Above all the location is just at the end of the strip so only a few minutes walk from where everything happens in Alvor. It really was the nicest place we have stayed and this was our 4th year back.
