The Elizabeth suite is ideal for families with small children, with 2 single beds and 2 double beds, can take up to 6 people. It offers a large bedroom, complete with fairy tale a space theme on the walls, a disco ball and lights! Plenty of DVDs to watch and a super smart TV.
Friends love this room, as they are altogether and can just chill out after a day visiting Alton Towers or walking in the Peak District,
The Walk in Wet room and separate toilet have just been refurbished and are stunning and modern . The kitchen now has a cooker and plenty of storage space. It has a TV and sitting area.
We provide locally sourced breakfast ingredients , which you can cook at your leisure and replenish these daily. We tidy up and wash pots and pans for you, all you need to do is fill the dish washer !

There is a hot tub and sauna for guests use.

Situated between Alton Towers Resort and the Peak district. Heywood Hall is ideally situated for walking, cycling and sightseeing. Bustling towns and breath taking scenery, make it an ideal holiday destination for families and experienced travellers alike.
The Staffordshire Way runs alongside Heywood Hall, which makes it an ideal stopover.
The pretty town of Ashbourne with its antique shops and pretty shopping area is 20 minutes drive . Leek still has unusual shops, a history of silk making and embroidery and its special antique market on Saturdays is only 30 minutes beautiful drive over the hills.
Denstone College is within walking distance of Heywood Hall, and is home to the Manchester United Soccer Schools during the summer months. Friends and family come to stay with us whilst the youngsters learn with expert coaches.

Alton

Denstone was mainly agricultural until 1840, when Sir Thomas Heywood, a wealthy banker, came to live at Dove Leys just outside the village. Wanting to become the Squire of the village he employed the finest architect of the day, Edmund Street, to build the Church, the school and Church Lodge, now Heywood Hall. He then went on to build Denstone College to provide education for local children, now a thriving school with over 600 pupils.
JCB is a main employer in the area with its World Headquarters within walking distance.
Bus links are excellent to the local town of Uttoxeter and its racecourse. Other links are to Rocester, Derby and Ashbourne.
The village is friendly and welcoming with its own pub, the Tavern offering excellent food and unusual wines, and local beers.
The Denstone Hall farm shop and cafe is a great stop after a long walk. It has and excellent deli and butcher selling award winning meats and cheeses.
Denstone is a great starting place for your visits to the area, it has ideal road connections making easy access to many attractions.
