Description

Location, location, location.

A spacious apartment located in a quiet residential area but only 3 minutes walk to dolphin square, the heart of Altinkum.

Modern fully furnished ground floor apartment with all modern appliances.

There are 2 bedrooms,one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds, both rooms have ceiling fans and standing fans (if required)

Fitted Kitchen with open plan living, lounge opens out onto the balcony, the sofa pulls out into a bed

Bathroom has a shower, and washing machine

Air con unit available in the lounge,

All bed linen and towels are provided for indoor use, please note there are no beach towels, therefore you will have to bring your own. Please do not take the towels from the apartment for use by the pool or on the beach.

We ask that when you depart the property please leave it tidy and dispose of any rubbish.

Swimming pool only in season - 1st May - 30th September

Baby equipment available for hire from £10 per week

We can also help and advise you on booking trips, excursions and Airport transfers.

WiFi available (additional cost) please ask for more information.

“Outstanding apartment”

This elevated ground floor apartment is ideally located in a quiet street with a well stocked supermarket 50 yards away and a short walk from the restaurants,nightlife and beach.The apartment is clean,spacious and its apparent the owner has gone to great lengths to make sure your creature comforts are catered for (wi-fi,TV with some English channels,Stereo system,washing machine.proper cooker,lots of utensils,full size fridge with freezer etc).A clean,private pool is a matter of yards away if you want a change from the beautiful beach. The apartment has a large balcony with table to relax and enjoy eating al fresco .Nightlife caters for all,ranging from intimate eateries to a bustling nightlife..Altinkum is a clean,friendly resort and I wilI definitely be returning to this outstanding apartment in the very near future.

“Perfect for my family”

We stayed at this beautiful apartment, just perfect for our family. Our kids (12yr old & 8yr old) absolutely loved this apartment, very secure & safe, lots of play area for them. Very specious, clean & perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. Cot service was available for our 4 month old baby. Supermarket A101 is less then 30 seconds walk, visible from the balcony. Sandy beach within 5mins walk, bars & restaurants less then 1 minute walk. Surrounded by friendly people, can't wait to go again!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
