ResortSelector are delighted to present this excellent apartment in the luxurious complex of Altea Hills close to the towns of Altea and Calpe.

Casa Noosa is situated in the gated community of Los Jardines. There is a private parking space in the garage, with lift access directly to the apartment. The apartment comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace with wonderful views to the sea. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and shower room, both have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning is throughout the apartment. There is a living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room. The living room has large patio doors to the terrace, which has a dining table and chairs, relaxing chairs with wonderful views. There is a large communal swimming pool and gardens with sun loungers for your use.

The Altea Hills Resort is ideally located between the picturesque towns of Altea, Calpe and the bustling marina of Mascarat where there are many watersports available to take part in, including jet skiing, scuba diving and boat hire. The town of Calpe has miles of sandy beach lined with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The picturesque old town of Altea is a must visit with its cobbled streets lined with artesan shops and restaurants, the main square has a historic church which dates back to Moorish times.

“Well appointed modern apartment with excellent views”

Location close to many attractions with Altea being well worth a visit for eating out. Very secure with resort having restricted access and apartment block with entrance exit security features.

How do damage deposits work?
