Lounge: on the first floor is a spacious lounge with a flatscreen TV, Freeview and DVD. Dining room: seats 9 with feature Rayburn that can be lit in the winter, 2 steps lead to the Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: Enclosed private garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking across the road in the former pub car park which is now privately owned by the owner. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: pub 2 miles, shops 2.5 miles and beach approximately a 30 minutes drive.<br><br>
