This attractive, beautifully refurbished, 3rd floor 35m² studio apartment (living room/dining room is separated by folding room divider) sleeps up to 5 people. 2 double sofa beds plus 1 single sofa and 1 fold away single bunk bed.

There is lift access to all floors, private off road parking available with a ski locker located in the reception area so there is no need to carry your ski equipment in the apartment.

Apartment is situated on the 3rd floor. The entrance of the apartment has steps leading down to the open plan fully fitted kitchen & living/dining area which was recently refurbished. This lounge/diner leads onto a sunny south facing balcony with fantastic views, perfect for unwinding after a hard day on the slopes.

Separate bathroom, toilet and storage cupboard and hanging space for clothing leading off from the entrance staircase.

There is a folding dining table which seats 6 people, in the living area there is seating for 6 people, cupboards

There is a folding dining table which seats 6 people, in the living area there is seating for 6 people, cupboards and draw storage of clothing, bedding and personal items, flat screen TV with DVD player (free view French channels only) with a selection of DVD's and a CD/Radio.

Seating/sleeping comprises of 2 very comfortable double sofa beds, 1 single sofa (that can be pulled out to fold flat for small person). 1 single fold out bunk bed above a double sofa bed. This studio apartment has a dividing screen which you can pull across at night which then creates two private bedroom areas.

The apartment boasts an excellent location in the sort after Le Cognet area at top of the resort with just a few minutes walk from the shops, bars, ice skating rink, heated outdoor pool, leisure centre, all amenities, supermarkets and ski lifts to main lift stations and ski schools, great for beginners or those with children.

During the winter the apartment has Ski In & Out of the apartment from Le Signal Piste behind the apartment. Ideal for those who do do want to carry equipment around the resort.

During the summer the location is ideal for mountain bike enthusiasts, walkers and climbers. The Tour De France racing and Mega Avalanche races come right in front of the apartment building.

Apartment is located in Le Cognet area (at the bottom of Le Signal piste) which is in the heart of Alpe D'Huez

All resort amenities, restaurants, bars etc are within a few minutes walk and only 10 mins walking distance to Alpe D'Huez's second commercial area Les Bergers, where you will find more shops and bars.

Apartment has private off rd parking available on request at no extra charge.

Perfectly located to see all the action for Le Tour de France as riders go past the balcony a the top stage.

Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment. You may smoke on balcony ONLY.

Loss of security deposit for any cigarette burns or smelly apartment left by smokers!

IMPORTANT -You are responsible for cleaning apartment before you leave. Empty rubbish bin (and clean), clean fridge, cooker and floors etc. Please pay particular attention to sinks, toilet and bath.

A company will inspect the apartment after each guest, if left in an unacceptable state your security deposit return could be reduced ! we want every guest to arrive to a nice clean apartment.

For summer use the apartment is ideally situated to see the famous Tour de France and Mega Avalanche races go past the balcony and to access all the resort mountain and road routes.

With a maximum altitude of 3330m above sea level, Alpe D' Huez offers everything you could dream of from a mountain holiday! The village sits at around 1860m and the views are only one of many attractions.

Summer offers walking trails, climbing with our recommended guides and mountain biking to name a few.

Winter obviously the main attractions are the seemingly endless ski and snowboard runs, winter parks and also the après ski.

The 770 snow cannons are sure to help you get the most from the mountain and the 200+km of downhill skiing and boarding runs should keep you plenty busy in the day.

Over 50KM of Cross Country ski trails are also available and regular buses will shuttle you from the apartment to the lifts.

During the evening there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, live music venues, nightclub, outdoor swimming pool, ice skating rink to relax and have fun in. There is something here for all the families, couples and party goers.

“Tour de France @ Les Pleiades”

A brilliant stay in Alpe d'Huez with the apartment looking right over the Stage 18 route. The apartment is in a great location and very comfortable. It was a little bigger than I had expected and had everything we needed. Great value for money and the owner has been very helpful with advice and local knowledge.

“Great apartment in a fantastic location!”

Me and 3 friends have just returned from Alpe d'Huez, this apartment massively exceeded my expectations and was great value for money. Very well equipped, comfy sofa beds and a lovely south facing balcony. Great location, only a short walk to transfer stops, ski lifts and just below signal ski slope for ski in access. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks Greg, early key postage and resort maps also very useful.

“Great apartment, great location”

This was our first time to Alpe d'huez and we loved it. We will definitely be back. Great apartment, plenty of space especially if there's only two of you and perfect location. Greg was on hand before we went to give us advice on ski hire and restaurants and we found two great typically french restaurants near to the apartment courtesy of him! The skiing was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment and resort. Thanks greg!

“Amazing apartment in the Alpe's”

We have been to Alpe D'Huez four years in a row, staying at the Apartment each time. The apartment is situated 1 minute from the bucket lift, and a couple of minutes walk from the local shops, swimming pool and ice rink. the location is perfect as it is so close to everything you need, including a lovely cafe (which makes amazing waffles and crepes) and Smithys Tavern! The apartment itself a well kept, modern one bedroom apartment (The lounge/dining room becomes sleeping accommodation which can be separated into two - ideal if going with friends or children) Paul and Greg have obviously put a lot of time and effort into a nice and modern kitchen, and well decorated living area. The perfect place to chill out in after a long day on the slopes! The apartment itself comes with all cooking equipment you will need, television and dvd player. I can't recommend the apartment enough, for us the location is brilliant (as boarders we opted for the bucket lift each day, however skiers are able to ski all the way back to the apartment!) - with the Spar and local Delis on the door step. The amenities in the apartment are great and the resort itself has lots to offer! Paul and Greg are extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with regarding any questions which makes the whole booking process a lot easier. (Paul even met us at the airport with the apartment keys one year after the post service let us down and lost the keys in the post!) I would recommend any one looking for a apartment in Alpe D'Huez to look no further and give this apartment a go, you wont be disappointed! We certainly weren't!!! 4 years in a row says it all!!

Stayed here with a couple of friends had a great time. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend, the apartment is stylish, modern, very clean and perfect for a ski break. If I ever visit the area again I wouldnt even think of staying anywhere else.
