Stone built chalet with wide terraces and hand crafted stone benches, viewing the limitless Mediterranean blue. In the night, enjoy the show that stars will have prepared for you..Your privacy in nature is what mostly matters here..750m from the sea!

The Space

Our land is an olive grove located at 1.3 Km from the Old Village of Alonissos, accessible from a standard 1km non asphalted road that goes down hill. There, stand 3 stone built chalets and a sequence of wide stone terraces with breathtaking views to the Aegean blue and the hills that emerge from the sea, composing a surreal painting landscape. At a walking distance of 650 meters, you find yourself at the quiet beach of Vrysitsa.

INSIDE CHALET I (47m2 - hosts 3 people)

Located on the top of the land, about 50 meters from the other Chalet. Chalet I consists of two separate rooms:

• First room is a studio with a double bed, a separate small kitchen and a toilet;

• Second room has a traditional fireplace and a single bed;

All beds are built of stone with very comfortable mattresses;

• The wooden roof and the floor made of local stones set a cozy indoor ambient;

• Kitchen is equipped for light meals (toast oven and a cook-top).

OUTDOOR SCENARIO

Enjoy your shower to our outdoor olive tree shower and pause the time at our wide terraces with breathtaking views in the midst of olive trees and cypresses, from which your brasilian hammocks is hanging.

GUEST ACCESS

The chalets are accessible from a standard 1km non asphalted road that goes down hill.

Vehicles are available for renting on the island.

You need a car or a scooter to be independent and free to follow your own schedule and reach the more remote places, where true natural beauty awaits to be discovered.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Dimitris my husband will be in the island the whole summer and will come by to check if you’re well installed, giving all necessary tips that will turn your staying in Alonnisos memorable.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

In August though, because of the high demand, it might be hard to get a rental vehicle, so planning ahead to avoid hustle is strongly recommended.

If you won't have a vehicle as soon as you arrive, we can arrange an exceptional taxi to bring you to the chalet, as well as on your check out day. Again, the sooner we know about your need, the better our service will be.

!!! Families with children should be mindful that there are cliffs around the terraces. Children shouldn't be left unassisted.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

There are no other neighbors, except for the ones staying in the three chalets on the land. Few minutes walk (650 meters) and you're at the beach of Vrysitsa. Old Village of Alonissos is also very close (1.3 km).

Wild goats completely harmless might be visiting the land too :)

GETTING AROUND

WALKING and PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Alonissos has great walking pathways that can take you to magnificent places. In the summer there is a bus that circulates through the island and connects you to the main villages The closest point to pick the bus is at 1km in the entrance of the Old Village.

HOUSE RULES

Be gentle with the house and neighbors. It always works!

Use the bin for toilet paper in the bathroom.

We are pet friendly but we ask from our guest to ensure that no damage or disturbance will be caused.

Smoking is allowed in the external areas only.

Leave your rubbish in the designated places, and not just outside your own door.

Kindly separate your recyclable rubbish and put in the blue bins.
