A hidden gem set in an quiet olive grove, a few minutes walk from Almyrida beach. Ground floor apartment set in a private house. Spacious accommodation set out over 100 sq metres, 3 double sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The double bedroom, kitchen and lounge walk out onto a large covered veranda, with seating and a full outdoor dining set. On the terrace only 3 steps away the 10m x 4.5 metre swimming pool which is 1.450m level depth awaits you. The property is suitable for the very young and less able. Enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the pool and sea before lazing in the hammock or sunning yourself by the pool or in the spacious lawned gardens. Play boules, or stroll round the spacious gardens. A 5 minute walk to the Blue Flag beach with its choice of beach bars and tavernas. BBQ for dinner by the pool, we have everything you need. In the village are well stocked supermarkets, a bakery, ATM’s, a butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser and beauty salon. Family friendly, there are toys for the kids to enjoy and space for bigger kids to relax. A perfect base for exploring. ALL LINEN AND TOWELS, AS WELL AS BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED. VIRUS REGS MEAN CHANGED WELCOME PACK A welcome pack will be there on your arrival, with water, milk, juice, wine and bread. (subject to change) You will find tea, coffee and sugar along with lots of extras including washing up liquid and starter amount of washing powder. Beach towels provided as well as bath towels and linen. No preferred changeover dates/fully flexible. The earliest arrival time is 2 pm. Departure is 10.30am but we're flexible where possible.

The kitchen is well equipped with full sized fridge freezer, washing machine, full cooker and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and juicer. The dining/living area is spacious and comfortable with a dining table and chairs for six and two sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD player Both bathrooms have wc, basin and shower and one has a full sized bath. Bedlinen and bathroom towels are provided and a towel change is mid week. A full linen change and clean is every 7th day. Smoking is acceptable only OUTSIDE the property. The property is suitable for wheelchairs. Only one step from the parking area to the apartment, and one step to the swimming pool and terrace area - access to the pool is via half moon shaped wide steps The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the twins with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating & a log burner keep you snug and warm during winter months. There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. Washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.

Large swimming pool, large garden and terraces, sea views, Large barbecue area and extensive grounds with shaded lawn areas. There is plenty of private secure parking. A French boules pitch with quoits, kids toys & pool play equipment.Close to the apartment you will find the blue flag beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, diving, mountain biking, bowling, beauty therapies, massage, historic sites, shops restaurants and supermarkets, ATM, butcher and pharmacy. As much or as little as you want. Julie and Peter are very aware of your need for privacy, and whilst on had to give any assistance you might need, will ensure you feel totally at home and at ease. Easy going and with plenty of outside interests you will feel totally at ease.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter & Julie (the owner) a message.

If Peter & Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
