“Spacious and well appointed modern villa”

Reviewed 25 Jul 2013

We stayed at Villa Argo as a group of 4 adults. The villa had plenty of space and had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. All the amenities such as dish washer and washing machine were of a high specification and all rooms were air conditioned. Outside again there was plenty of space for lounging about including a large swing chair along with a barbecue. We have stayed in this part of Crete before with specialist tour operators and I reckon you would need to spend 30-40% more with these companies to secure a similar standard of accommodation. So a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in a beautiful part of the world and a good bargain too. Highly recommended.

Many thanks for taking the time to send this very good review. It means a lot to us to know that you enjoyed your stay at the villa. We love it there and we are happy to hear that our guests like it too.

“Fabulous Holiday in Peaceful Idyll”

Reviewed 8 Jul 2013

Villa Argo is a real find. Large, comfortable and modern with everything you could possibly need and the most stunning views. We loved the fact that there was so much outside space to sit, eat and relax and tried out the wonderful spit roasting barbecue on several occasions. Villa Argo is a great place to explore the surrounding countryside and beaches. It is a mile or so from a lovely little resort with tavernas, inns and shops and a nice clean beach. I have been to the other side of Crete several times but just love Chania and the surrounding area - far less commercialised, but still plenty to do. The Villa was a perfect base for our trip and we will definitely go back.

Many thanks for your great review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in the villa. We hope you will return and we are looking forward to welcome you back to Aspro. Kind regards Amy

“Outstanding Villa in beautiful location”

Reviewed 4 Jul 2013

Stayed in this property during May, felt immediately at home and relaxed, very spacious and the villa provided everything that you would need. Loved the view, overlooking Almyrida bay. We did hire a car to travel to nearby villages and a little further afield, but could quite easily rely on buses and taxis, a pleasant walk down into Almiryda where there is a array of restaurants and pleasant beach. In the evenings would get the local taxi home for 5 euros. Very friendly area would definitely return, May is a lovely time not too hot or crowded.

Many thanks for the good review. Very pleased you had a good time and we are looking forward to welcoming you back to the villa. kind regards, Amy

“Fabulous Break”

Reviewed 17 Jun 2013

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a wonderful time. 3 mins in the car to Almirida, where the food, beaches & hospitality were excellent. Ideal location for sightseeing, Plenty of places to visit, or just chill & relax around the villa, with pleasant country walks. We return again this year.

Many thanks for the good review. Very pleased you had a good time and we are looking forward to welcoming you back to the villa this summer. Amy
