Our stylish Brisas Apartment is situated in the beautiful 'Hidden Oasis' town of Almerimar surrounded by a 27 hole golf course originally designed by Gary Player. The apartment boast views over Lake Victoria, home to flamingo's in the summer months, and the Sierra Nevada mountain range, with its ski resort just a couple of hours drive away. You will find the beach just a 2 minute walk away, and the town centre, surrounded by its stunning marina with bars, restaurants, tapas, fantastic supermarket (great fresh fish counter) and ban all only a fifteen minute stroll along the promenade. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably, there is also camp bed which can be used for an extra person.
Most of the surrounding area is Natural park " Punta Entinas", where you can go horse riding, wind and kitesurfing, Watch the wild life. or just take in the views of the lovely 13 klm sandy beach. In front of the apartments is a well-lit promenarde ideal for Cycling, Roller Blading,

The apartment is set in a secure complex on the second floor with views over the communal garden, swimming pools and tennis court. It can be accessed by stairs or a lift and comprises a double en suite bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, shower room with w.c. and a large balcony, perfect for dining or relaxing on. You will also be able to benefit from the use of a secure parking space. The apartment will sleep up to six adults if required as there is an additional folding bed and the sofa are available.
Whether it is relaxation, golf, skiing, watersports, nightlife or touring that you want for your holiday, Brisas offers it all.

Living/Dining Area.- The spacious living and dining area has dining table for 4-6 people, flat screen TV with British Free View "BBC, ITV,", DVD player and DVDs, CD player and CDs, Fan and Double Doors leading to terrace.

Kitchen.- Is fully fitted with Oven/Hob, Large Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board,and all you will need for your holiday.

Utility Room.- Sink/Drainer, Washing Machine, Cloths Horse for drying.

Master Bedroom.- Double Bed, Two Bedside Cabinets, Two table Lamps, Fitted Wardrobes, Hairdryer, Fan and En suite.

En suitet Bathroom.- Bath, Toilet, and Over-Bath Shower, Wash Basin, Wall Mirror, Towel Rails.

Shower Room.- Walk in Shower, Toilet, Wash Basin.

Twin Bedroom.- Two Single Beds. Childs Travel Cot, Fitted Wardrobe, Bedside Cabinet, Bed Side Lamp, Fan.

Terrace.- Large terrace with Patio Table and 4 Chairs, plus an area with wicker sofa and two chairs (great for reading, having breakfast or an aperitivo and watch the sun come up or go down). With views of the Communal Pool (open from June 15th to September 15th ),and Lake, and surrounding area

The Complex has two communal pools, one is kidney shaped approx 22m long, and the seconed is a smaller shallow chilrens pool. The pools are open from 11.30am 9.pm ( Spanish law require a life-guard to be on duty at all times), the beach is only a two minute walk away, or take the time to top up your tan on the terrace which get the full sun most of the afternoon.
The complex has a Sports and Social club and it also has a children's play area.
In phase two there is one paddle court, plus swimming pool, and childs pool and grass area.
In phase three there is one tennis court, plus swimming pool, and childs pool, and grass area.
There is also secure underground parking, with lift access to apartment's door.
Also 5 min walk away is a large Rowing lake
Just a 2hr 30min Drive away from the Sierra Nevada mountain range (Skiing from December to April). Plus Granada is a 2hr Drive Away with its ancient mosque, palace and fortress.

Linen/Towels/Cleaning.
Our house keeper will meet you on arrival at the apartment and give you the keys, and remote for the parking.She will provide you with clean bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay. The apartment will be cleaned before you get there and after you leave. This cost is 45 euro's which you must pay the house keeper when you arrive at the apartment.

It will be your responsibility to clean apartment during your stay.

Almerimar

The small town of Almerimar is situated in the South East corner of Spain, in the province of Almeria, the most easterly province of Andalucia.

The 120km of coast that make up the Costa de Almeria are amongst the warmest and sunniest in Europe, with over 3000 hours of sun each year. Winter temperatures are mild, (it can reach 20°C even in January), yet it is not too hot even in the middle of summer.

Although formerly considered part of the Costa del Sol, the Costa de Almeria is totally different to the over-developed areas further west, and offers unspoilt beaches, National Parks, and mountains. From the beaches in the south, 1 hour's drive can take you to the snowy mountains of the Sierra Nevada, or to the only desert in Europe, the Desierto de Tabernas.

Almerimar is a modern resort, centred around a large sports marina, with over 1000 berths. Around the marina can be found many restaurants, tapas bars and pubs, to suit all tastes and pockets. There is free parking at both ends of the marina, and a stroll around the harbour makes a very pleasant walk in the evening before dinner.

Within Almerimar there are several banks, a doctor's surgery, a pharmacy, a Church, an excellent supermarket and many other essential services in the nearby marina area. There are two internet cafes with PCs which can be used, or you can take your own laptop and connect there for e-mail access. One of the restaurants also provides wi-fi internet access.
