From the owner

Duplex house in the historic quarter of the city, in which the neighbors still go out to take the fresh air at the door, giving it a homelike and small-town feel at the same time. The house has two floors and a terrace, on the ground floor you will find a diaphanous kitchen and a small toilet. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a 150cm bed, air conditioning, exterior balcony and a spacious closet; the second bedroom is not very big, it is composed of a single bed that can be extended to a double bed, although in that case it occupies a large part of the room; also has a full bathroom. On the terrace you can locate the washing machine and the area where you tend. The house is located at the foot of the "Alcazaba de Almería", the most important and beautiful monument of the city, so the views at night are impressive. The beach is 20 minutes on foot or 6 minutes by car, the Cathedral and city center is 5 minutes walk away. In the vicinity there is a FREE parking area 5 minutes walk, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant serving typical food, fish bars of the day, coffee shops, bakeries, health center, bus stops, even morning market 5 minutes walk. It is a charming city and fortunately little crowded.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liria Rosa (the owner) a message.

If Liria Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
