Description

Spectacular villa with incredible views of the sea. The exterior has a private pool, barbecue area, solarium terrace, different environments to relax and a large garden designed to rest and disconnect from the routine. The interior consists of kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and two single with four single beds. This villa is located at 1km. from the beach, 7 km. from Torre del Mar and 3km. from the town of Almayate where you have a supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, butcher and pharmacy. and five kilometers from Torre del Mar where you can walk along the promenade and enjoy the typical cuisine of the place. The house is in a fenced property with private and roofed parking, swimming pool and totally private garden where no one can interrupt your rest. A place you can not stop coming to !!

Getting around

1k from the house on the 340 national road, a bus goes every half hour to Málaga or Torre del Mar. 5km away is the Torre del Mar bus station, with access to all the towns of the Axarquia, the city and the different cities of Andalucia.

Interaction with guest

I will be available for any problem, doubt or question that the guests have during their stay. On the day of arrival I will meet guests at the restaurant "Lo Pepe Molina" to take them to the accommodation.

If the guest breaks something of the accommodation will take care of the payment. It is strictly forbidden to go to the farm of fruit trees attached to the house. The people who booked the house are those who must stay or stay overnight, so it is forbidden to visit family or friends during the stay.
