Countryside setting just to the southern edge of Minishant village.Upstairs contains 4 double bedrooms three of which have an on-suite shower room, one having a wash hand basin and W.C.Downstairs contains two entrance halls each having W.C's and wash-hand basins. A large double bedroom with full on-suite and walk in shower. A good sized 'L' shaped lounge and dining room, a further lounge containing a quality double sofa divan, and another formal lounge with door out to the rear gardens. The property has a newly fitted large open kitchen with breakfast bar, seating area and patio doors out to a private courtyard. Outside has ample parking in a landscaped and gated courtyard, which is therefore suitable for pets.
