From the owner

Villa with good areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a dining and other social, fully equipped kitchen. Land is fenced. The two rooms and kitchen are in the open, without walls, which allows everyone to enjoy the scenery. It has plenty of natural light. Has modern furniture. Located at high elevation.

Distance of about 10 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. All beaches are extensive and of great beauty. One of the beaches have to lead by a river. The coast has large cliffs.

The town of Aljezur is a 5 minute drive. It is a town with much history, with ancient walls and church to. The town of Sagres and Lagos City has great historical interest, location from where the Portuguese explorers to discover the world, are about 30 minutes by car.

For those who enjoy nature this is an ideal location, the tranquility that characterizes the area. There are places for birdwatching. The practice of sports such as mountain biking and water sports (surfing, canoeing, etc.). have a privileged area in this zone. Supermarkets and other support services are about 5 minutes away.

As soon as you make the reservation I will contact you, by email, in order to clarify any doubts and provide my personal contacts. Before the stay all the aspects related to the stay, such as house rules, key delivery, distribution of the people by the rooms, will be clarified and properly agreed upon with the guest. There is a person in the area who provides support to guests during their stay, should any need arise. For every 7 days of stay guests are entitled to a cleaning of the house, which will be carried out according to their convenience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
