Description

Single storey villa with Guest accommodation certificate (328 / AL) which gives us license to rent, modern style, ideal to enjoy a family holiday.

Situated on the seafront, with enough privacy, neighbors only on the left side, terrace with sea views, beautiful sunsets. Cottage and beach, situated on the Costa Vicentina.

Saltwater pool 9mx4m.

With Internet WI-FI, cable TV (MEO) and satellite TV.

Protected area, very quiet.

House with three bedrooms, a large living room, barbecue, private pool.

Key pick up with owner. Owner not present on location. The entry should be made at 16 hours and departure at 10 am. On the way out the occupants should leave the washed dishes and take out the garbage.

Inserted in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, near the beautiful beaches of Monte Cleric, Mulberry and Arrifana.

In Aljezur in the Municipal Market you can find beautiful daily fresh fish, fruits and vegetables.

In the surroundings you can still see the small, traditional subsistence agriculture including the construction of the Queen which is the Aljezur sweet potato known worldwide among other cultures and also livestock, chickens, cows, pigs, etc.

Excellent beaches for water sports. In the area can take tours mountain biking, Burros, cover the tracks of the Rota Vicentina and then have access ace beautiful beaches and landscapes as the beach of Amoreira and Vale of Men.

Another of the attractions is the Surf where there schools who teach mode, you can also go fishing, or sightseeing in the historic part of Aljezur by existing.

Entrega das chaves pelo proprietário. Proprietário ausente durante a estadia. A entrada deverá ser feita às 16 horas e a saída até às 10 horas. Na saída os ocupantes deverão deixar a loiça lavada e levar o lixo.

Inserido no Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina, próximo das fantásticas praias do Monte Clérigo, Arrifana e Amoreira.

Em Aljezur no Mercado Municipal pode encontrar diáriamente belo peixe fresco, frutas e legumes

Nos arredores ainda se pode ver a pequena e tradicional agricultura de subsistência nomeadamente a produção da Rainha que é a Batata doce de Aljezur conhecida mundialmente entre outras culturas e também a criação de animais, galinhas, vacas, porcos, etc.

Praias excelentes para prática de desportos aquáticos. Na zona poderá fazer passeios BTT, de Burros, percorrer os trilhos da Rota Vicentina e aí tem acesso ás praias e paisagens muito bonitas como a praia da Amoreira e Vale dos Homens.

Outra das atrações é o Surf onde existe escolas que dão aulas da modalidade, poderá também praticar pesca desportiva, ou passear na zona histórica de Aljezur pelos museus existentes.
