Fully operational both on Winter and Summer time, the V.I.P. luxurious beach penthouse apartment has a superb view of the sea (Saronic Gulf, Aegina island and Peloponnese) and Imittos mountain. Sunrise from the East Master bedroom veranda facing Imittos mountain is fascinating. Sunset time from the Southwest waterfront veranda (or from the terrace pergola) is simply breathtaking.

-Exclusive use of 35m2 terrace with 2 large umbrellas, outstanding waterfront seaview, 2 sunbeds for suntanning, romantic night starview and cocktails or ouzo drinking accompagnied with finger food or Greek meze. In the terrace there is an open shower and a coal BBQ grill for ultimate meat lovers satisfaction.

-2 fully furnished large verandas with beautiful sea view and 2 small verandas, one in the kitchen for fresh clothlining drying and one in the living room for your evening coffee or tea with a beautiful seaview as well.

You have complete and utter freedom with respect to reasonable house rules. Noone will interact or disturb you unless you request assistance. For such purpose, a Greek mobile phone will be provided to you for immediate communication with me for any matter may rise or any assistance may be requested.

-Bed linen and towels are provided once.

- Basic ingredients to prepare your own breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, cereals) are provided.

-Manuals of home appliances are provided.

-The Exclusive access at the terrace applies on even days of the month.

- A map with all nearby points of interest is provided (shopping, entertainment, transportation).

-Transportation, taxi and/or car rental services can be suggested.

-Details of your flight will be requested.

- No charge for babies up to 1 year old. Free baby cot.

-Feel free to contact me with any questions/requests that you might have!

-The penthouse is situated in an urban residential area. Therefore the only condition of your stay is to fully respect the peace and quietness of other residents at all times. If you want to party you just have to go across the road to any of the seaside beach bars or nearby clubs.

-You will be asked, for hygiene reasons, to leave your shoes outside the penthouse. Therefore please bring your indoors sleepers!

- A rental agreement will be signed at check in, a draft of which can be sent to you, upon request, by email after your booking.

-Check in can not take place after 10 p.m., however, upon request, this could be at some days of the week be arranged. Therefore ask me if such arrangement is possible.

-Please respect the premises as if you were at home. A lot of effort has been put so that you can enjoy its unique characteristics.

-By booking to this listing you unconditionally accept and understand that this property is not at any way a hotel or tourist accommodation, that hotel services are not at any way provided (every day cleaning, change of towels and linen periodically, security and on the clock monitoring against theft, breakfast and food serving, bar or restaurant serving, massage or gymnastics service e.t.c.) and that such short rental stay is governed by the Greek civil code that regulates private relations among private individuals.
