In addition, the flat has a small and cozy patio. It offers a very good value for price-quality. Its location is unbeatable, 500 meters from the beach and Harbour of Alicante.

Deposit of 30% of the total when making the reservation ➜ NON REFUNDABLE.

In case of cancellation during the 7 days before your arrival ➜ 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Special Discounts ➜ If you book with us, for 7 or more NIGHTS you get a -8% DISCOUNT, for 14 or more NIGHTS a -15% DISCOUNT and for 28 or more NIGHTS a -20% DISCOUNT.

“Great Space, Nordic Design”

We loved this centrally located apartment: it feels like a second home that has been carefully designed and comfortably furnished. We wondered if the owners spend time here themselves when not rented. Calle Navas is a central location, convenient for just about everything, if you don't mind a bit of walking: the market and an El Corte Ingles about 10 minutes in one direction, the promenade about 5 mins in the opposite direction. Lots of other shops and eating places all around. Slight issues with late noise from night-lifers, and early noise from deliveries to nearby cafes and bars - the only real complaint we had.
