Description

An individually designed and modern detached villa situated in the National Park area of Costa Nova, Javea. The villa is only a short walk from Cap de la Nau which is designated as an area of outstanding beauty with traditional style Spanish restaurants and panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Also a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain; the stunning secluded cove at Cala Granadella and the pretty beach at Platja de Portixol both with a restaurant on the beach.

La Casa Margarite has a large lounge, tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style with satellite tv and wifi. Patio doors lead onto a sun terrace beside the pool which has the benefit of all day sunshine. A beautiful Tuscan arch leads into the spacious dining room with new furniture and seating for eight people and atmospheric lighting for indoor dining. French doors lead onto the naya which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor entertaining beside the pool. There is a large brick barbeque for outdoor cooking.

The villa has three bedrooms, a master with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, two twin bedded rooms and a large family bathroom. All the bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. The large kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and coffee machine.

Surrounded on all sides by pretty gardens, the villa has its own orchard with seating area. The orchard is stocked with lemon, lime, orange, fig, olive and avocado trees and also grape vines and various herbs. A lawned area is perfect for children to play beside the pool and a shaded area with pine trees completes the gardens. A mountain view from the front of the house shows the perfect sunset.

Within two minutes’ walk is a German patisserie, with supermarket and restaurant. A tennis club with bar and restaurant are also within walking distance as is the Jade tennis resort with sporting facilities. The golf course in nearby Javea is set amongst pine and orange groves and is renowned for its beautiful greens and clubhouse.

The bustling town of Javea has three distinct and individual areas. The Arenal, with its blue-flagged sandy beach set in a beautiful horseshoe bay, with palm trees and play areas for children and framed by the promenade with bars and restaurants offering national and international specialties. The port area with the Marina, fish market and promenade with a choice of fishing and sporting activities including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing. The Old Town is steeped in history with its quaint cobbled streets and historic buildings. In the centre of the town is a covered indoor market selling local produce and the catch of the day. The centre of Javea is less than 3 miles away.
