Cozy village with great views in luxury development with pool and 24-hour security. With capacity up to 7 people, is ideal for romantic vacations, group or family.

It´s possible to rent monthly on WINTER SEASON from October 17th to March 31th. Consult our special prices.

Club de Golf, Puerto with daily activities. nautical and beach 1 km.

This magnificent house consists of:

FIRST FLOOR

. - Landscaped courtyard with fountain in entrance area (top left the parking lot)

. - Main Lounge with fireplace and dining

. - Singular Fully equipped, with separate pantry and terrace

- Laundry with washer and dryer, storage and woodshed (overlooking the courtyard entrance).

- Cloakroom.

- Porch overlooking the sea and the mountain pine, which is integrated into the living room because the doors are folding. Ideally table for breakfast and snacks, as well as a huge circular couch with 4 pieces chill out that can also be mounted

The Valencian Country region

Altea is a beautiful town on the Mediterranean coast known as "paradise of gastronomy", its beautiful historical center is full of restaurants with cuisine. The Church Square, with its Byzantine dome, is the symbol of the town. In summer they make an interesting craft fair and several local festivals. Although Altea has grown far have respected its essence, unlike other nearby cities like Calpe and Benidorm. This town, surrounded by orchards and sea, still retains its charm with narrow cobbled streets and all the houses painted white, with flower-filled balconies. Altea is situated opposite the Balearic islands. Nearby, from the port of Denia, there are daily ferries to Ibiza.

Alicante

The setting is unique. Sheltered by two slopes, the house has a very open view, surrounded by nature, with a privileged microclimate that allows spend cool nights in summer and mild winters. Best of urbanization is the tranquility of living in the countryside in complete safety, because there are private service 24 hour security. You can access the services of the Social Club (with special prices for residents): pools, gym, paddle tennis, squash, sauna, spa, hairdresser, restaurant, lounge, Kids Club with daily activities and Golf Club, among others. 1.5 km from the Greenwich Marina has boat rentals with or without captain, jet ski rentals, sailing lessons, etc. even for small children, great restaurants and terraces. Getting around

Buses and trains TRAM from Altea to travel around the Marina Baja and Alta, even Alicante and thus link with RENFE long-distance trains. We Taxi stop in the urbanization in Altea Hills Hotel. But car journeys recommend to improve. To visit Ibiza, there are boats from the port of Alicante to San Antonio and fast ferries from the port of Denia.

This is my holiday, I live in Madrid but I am in constant contact with my guests by TripAdvisor App, WhatsApp, email or telephone. In addition I have a lady who cleans and welcomes guests arriving between 16 and 18h. For other times the keys are collected at a point that I will advertise Safety them in advance.

House rules

SMOKING.- Only in balconies and terraces.
KEY.- Penalty: 100€ if you lose it, 200€ if it is necessary to change the bowler.
PARTIES.- Don´t allow parties, drinking alcohol excessively, loud music or any indecorous behavior that might disturb to neighbors.
GARDEN.- Don´t touch the irrigation programmer. Not allowed to play with balls in the property, neither jump or play between planters or plants to prevent movement of the droppers.
FURNITURES.-Don´t move them,neither the children slide&house
