SECURITY DEPOSIT

• The security deposit is 300 Euros. Water, gas and electricity are included. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week. Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at EUR 0.20 per kwh and deducted charged from your deposit.

• In 1 month stays or longer, the security deposit is 800 Euros. The cost of electricity will be deducted from the security deposit.

Elders are very important for us. We offer an special service for our guests over 65. Water bottles, milk, juice, fruit... why carry heavy bags? We will order a grocery shopping on-line and you should just pay the supermarket bill without any other fee. Please ask us! :)

Alicante is placed in the east coast of Spain. The Costa Blanca is well known for its fantastic climate, its beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. There is a bus and a city train in front of the apartment that takes you to near cities like BENIDORM, the funniest and most cosmopolitan city of Costa Blanca ( just 25 minutes away) where is placed the exciting Terra Mitica theme park, the superb water park Aqualandia and Mundomar (the sea life centre), or ALTEA, a bohemian white village (just 40 minutes drive or by train).

“Beautiful apartment close to beach, transport and amenities.”

This was my second visit this year. First with friends, second with family. The apartment is large, airy, well maintained and has everything you need for a great holiday. Beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars all on doorstep. Tramline runs past apartment and is 15-20mins to Alicante centre. We purchased a tramcard which can be topped up at newspaper stalls or tram stations. Definitely the way to travel. This is a great place to stay if you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday during the day and access to the buzz of a city at night. Nuria and her staff are very helpful and keep the apartment in great condition.

Fantastic appartement very clean, very spacy and In the kitchen everything was present also for children , magnificent views nice and clean pool and above all a very good service form Meditterenean Lettings whenever you need them. We are surely going back.
