The area of San Juan Beach which is, without any doubt, one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.

• The security deposit is 300 Euros. Water, gas and electricity are included. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week. Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at EUR 0.20 per kwh and deducted charged from your deposit.

• In 1 month stays or longer, the security deposit is 800 Euros. The cost of electricity will be deducted from the security deposit.

Security deposit is returnable 2 weeks after departure providing no damage the village.

Elders are very important for us. We offer an special service for our guests over 65. Water bottles, milk, juice, fruit... why carry heavy bags? We will order a grocery shopping on-line and you should just pay the supermarket bill without any other fee. Please ask us! :)

Alicante is placed in the east coast of Spain. The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. “Brilliant Stay”

We came to this apartment straight after staying in the four star Husa Hotel just up the road and can honestly say that the apartment was much nicer. We booked through Nuria at Mediterranean Lettings who provided an excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for her and we would highly recommend using this company. We stayed with our one year old son who didn't like having a shower so we asked the owners (very nice and helpful) where we might be able to purchase a baby bath and within a few hours they had bought one and delivered it to us. The apartment itself is lovely and the views spectacular, just accross the road is an amazing sandy beach with great play facilities for children. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance and the tram runs into Alicante and Benidorm for more shops. Overall we had a great time staying here and would definitely return.

“Great apartment in great location”

We stayed here with grandparents and our 3 year old. The apartment had spacious living areas indoor and out. The3rd bedroom was small but perfect for kids. The views were nice and there was a pool onside, beach is a minutes walk and there are lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. The tram is in front and can take you in to Alicante centre or up the coast. One of our party used a walker and the access was no problem. Nice outdoor seating which was good at night when the little one went to bed and we could stay up.

“Perfect apartment with glorious views in convenient place for exploring the area”

A wonderful apartment in a very convenient part of town. While the main town of Alicante is busy and the traffic heavy, this part is mostly residential with a very clean, quiet and regular tram passing by therefore you can access the town, and all of the main roads to allow you to travel and see other places without having the congestion that you'll find in Alicante. The apartment itself is beautiful - on the 18th floor with a balcony which is glazed so even if it does get cool you can sit out and enjoy the view. The balcony acts as a large dining room and lounge, and despite the main lounge being beautiful and having a large table for eating at too, we spent all of our time on the balcony. With far reaching views to the Mountains and the sparkling lights of Benidorm in the distance it was a perfect place to enjoy a local bottle of wine and eat dinner! We were there in October and it was warm enough to go out in shirt sleeves every evening and sit outside for a meal on the front until 10pm! From the apartment, if you walk towards the beach and then along the road at the front you will find a few restaurants of which one was particularly friendly and excellent value for food. The first night we had Tapas which was superb, and a bottle of local wine which the waiter chose for us. We had two main courses, two puddings, a bottle of red wine and 4 shots (Free - which the waiter chooses for you to show you the local specialities) and spent 40 euros. Locally you're not far from Benidorm if you fancy going to have a look. It's exactly what you expect it to be, so it's either your sort of thing or not. I have to admit it wasn't ours, but then we went for a giggle, and that's what we got. We had a wander around the streets, and along the front, had a coffee and then lunch and then left feeling vaguely amused. When you find a restaurant with baked beans on toast on the menu, you know you've seen it all! We had a trip to Guadalest which is a little village up in the mountains with spectacular views. WELL worth a visit. Unfortunately as with all tourist destinations, there have popped up some shops with junky gifts and the restaurants there seem aimed towards the Benidormites so if you're looking for a peaceful traditional getaway in the mountains you won't get one anymore. Having said that, it is stunningly beautiful and I would still advise going to have a look. Instead of having dinner in Guadalest we drove back towards Alicante along the coast and ending up in a town called L'olla which is just to the right of Altea. We had a beautiful lunch on the seafront, in large comfortable chairs while we watched people wandering past and enjoyed the view of the coastline. MUCH recommended. I would advise choosing to have the apartment keys given to you by someone on arrival rather than finding the mediterranean lettings office and picking them up because while the actual company is fine, if you're fresh off of the plane and you've hired a car, the office is on a very small and busy street. Parking is difficult, and negotiating locals in a hurry in unfamiliar surroundings is quite stressful. Finding the apartment is easy and there is ample parking right outside - so a much more fitting start to the holiday would be having somebody meet you at the apartment with the keys! To sum up - a truly beautiful apartment in an ideal place for seeing the surrounding area.

“Very nice apartment in great location.”

We booked this apartment for 2 adults and 3 kids ( 10,11&16), there was plenty room in apartment and it was very clean with lovely sea views. The apartment was in a secure block with a large pool and large kids pool which were very well looked after and cleaned every day. The apartment block was very clean and well looked after and had 2 tennis courts, a squash court and a football/ basketball court which were never that busy. The apartment block was in a great location, one street from the beach, a train stop a few metres away and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops next to it. San Juan is a very friendly place and it felt very safe ( especially with 2 teenage daughters), it is very Spanish and you will hear very few british accents, infact there is very little english spoken so you will need to brush up on your spanish. We had a great holiday and we will certainly return to this apartment as the booking experiance was very good all the way through, from the apartment being as described to the very helpful letting staff.

“Great location - comfortable flat”

Tram runs down the street so getting into Alicante is easy. Interesting local shops with cafes and supermarkets. The flat is comfortable, clean and homely so we settled in quickly. Much better than staying in a hotel. The beaches in this area are impressive, clean and go on for miles. Plenty of scope for exercise and activities, cycle track, paths along promenade. There are some "Boris" bikes to hire in Alicante.
