Placed between the bigger, better-known suburbs of San Juan beach and Alicante marina, La Albufereta is a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood with stunning views, sandy beaches and family atmosphere restaurants that tends to have a village and a community feel.

It’s a great spot for families, or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat just minutes from the centre. There is a waterfront promenade between La Albufereta and Alicante marina and also it is easily accessible with plenty of buses and a trams to the city centre or to San Juan beach and Golf course areas.

Elders are very important for us. We offer an special service for our guests over 65. Water bottles, milk, juice, fruit... why carry heavy bags? We will order a grocery shopping on-line and you should just pay the supermarket bill without any other fee. Please ask us! :)

Collecting keys at our office: 08:00-20:00 / Mon-Fri.

Out of office hours, you will be able to use the combination key box/locker: You can pick up your keys by yourself from the Key Safe attached to our office wall with the code we will provide you.

Extra fees are not included in the price of the stay by this website so, upon the booking is confirmed the payment of them should be paid by bank transfer, paypal or credit card from our website.

Please, be responsible with the air conditioning/heat and water consumption. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week. Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at EUR 0.20 per kwh and deducted charged from your deposit.

The security deposit of 300 euros is managed by this websiste.

For 1 month stays or longer the security deposit is 800 Euros and electricity, gas and water consumption are not included. Hard discounts may apply, so ask us please :)

Groups of young people are not welcome in some properties. Please keep us informed before make the first payment if your group members are under age 25.

We request you to complete the tenants details in our booking form and send it back to us by email 4 weeks prior your arrival

The Valencian Country region

Alicante is placed in the east coast of Spain. The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful white beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or the towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful, markets, shops, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.

There is a bus and a city train in front of the apartment that takes you to near cities like BENIDORM, the funniest and most cosmopolitan city of Costa Blanca ( just 25 minutes away) where is placed the exciting Terra Mitica theme park, the superb water park Aqualandia and Mundomar (the sea life centre), or ALTEA, a bohemian white village (just 40 minutes drive or by train).

Alicante

The apartment is located in the area of "La Albufereta" in the same city of Alicante. La Albufereta is a quiet place close to the sea where you can find all services which you may need. The apartment lies in front of the sea and some small beaches.

Alicante, with kilometres of beach on the doorstep and a superb year round climate you may want to take some time out to walk, relax and spend some time lounging on the warm sand admiring the Mediterranean.

There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas (abundance of night life, dinner shows, bars and restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, diving, water sports...).

The apartment is near and very well conected with:

* San Juan beach.

* The Arqueological Museum (MARQ).
* Santa Barbara´s Castle.

Alicante Golf: The legendary Spanish player Severiano Ballesteros designed the Alicante Golf city-course, which offers a good challenge for pros and amateurs alike. It is the only 18 hole par 72 course on the Iberian Peninsula which consists of six par 3, six par 4 and six par 5 holes.

With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas (abundance of night life, dinner shows, bars and restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, diving, water sports...).

Less than 40 minutes by car is the exciting Terra Mitica theme park just outside Benidorm. Also for children at Benidorm is the superb water park Aqualandia which is next to Mundomar the sea life centre.

“Lovely location overlooking small harbour and beach”

We stayed for three weeks in Feb/March and the property had everything we needed. The letting agents were professional, clear and helpful. This property was very clean and more like a real home than a holiday home with very spacious living accommodation plus a great balcony which was glassed in but could be opened up to let in the sun. Two good double bedrooms ideal for a family of four or two couples. I understand there is parking if you have a car. The views from most of the rooms were breathtaking of the sea, watching the water sports, the boats at the Yacht Club below, the beach and the twinkling lights of Alicante at night. At times it felt like we were on a ship. The immediate locality had several restaurants and shops and was quite Spanish whereas a short ride into Alicante itself on the excellent bus service took us straight into the city with a great promenade and many many places to eat. There is also a good tram service nearby which we used quite a lot. This goes to Alicante and also up the coast.. Once we learned how to get the tickets on the tram it was a great way to visit other places. One drawback could be that there is no Wifi in the property but it meant we had a very relaxing holiday and didn't even switch on either of the two t.vs.

“Great Location”

Great Location..Restaurant Bar downstairs was GREAT..PARKING SUCKED.....Get in the lot early and snag a spot, or don't rent a car.Take the bus..NO WIFI...Kids needed to get online..Was a 15 min walk to get WIFI..Over all, a nice place and would stay again...Oh yea, HOT IN AUGUST..no A/C....But breeze from Ocean was nice..

Wonderful apartment, perfectly located, perfectly equipped, very clean, would have liked a kettle but otherwise fantastic.

“It was amazing meeting with Spain”

Апартаменты обставлены самым лучшим способом. С первого шага окунаешься в средиземноморский стиль, очень много испанских деталей. Там есть просторная веранда, на которой комфортно может разместиться 6 человек. В квартире мы проводили время только там и наблюдали за морем, яхтами, которые, то готовились к отплытию, то искусно парковались; а в воскресенье были обучения-заплывы детей на "мини-парусниках" (школа находится в этом же доме). Пляж просторный и чистый. Встретили только 1 компанию русскоговорящую, что для нас является плюсом в отдыхе. На кухне есть все необходимое. Правда разделочных досточек могло быть больше - в наличии была одна доска размером в половину листа А4. За время отдыха столкнулись с только одной проблемой - закончился газ в баллоне и нужно было заменить этот баллон на соседний. Инструкцию агентство сбросило в sms, но нам удалось все сделать правильно. Спальни просторные, дом чистый. В целом воспоминания о жилье только положительные и очень теплые. Попадая в квартиру, не создается впечатление, что это отель, а сразу чувствуешь себя уютно, хозяином в прекрасных апартаментах. Размещение жилья достаточно удобное. Остановка автобуса, что следует в центр Аликанте, в 2 минутах, а время поездки составляет 20-25 минут. До станции метро около 5-7 минут. Ближайшие супермаркеты в 20-25 минутах ходьбы. Аликанте - прекрасный Испанский город, для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть и посмотреть кусочек Испании. Там практически нет дискотек и шумных компаний (во всяком случаи мы их не нашли когда выделили на это субботний вечер)))) Нам удалось посетить Валенсию (старый город, Кафедральный собор - Грааль!, парк в высушенном русле реки и океанариум), Мадрид (парк Буен Ретиро, центральную часть города и основные площади, дворец, музей Тиссена-Борнемисы и Прадо с их основными шедеврами), остров Табарка, изучить Аликанте и взобраться на гору, где расположен замок Санта Барбара. Это был замечательный отдых. Спасибо Нурии за его организацию и помощь в оформлении необходимых документов для визы и подробную карту со всеми интересными местами в Аликанте!
