well equipped and quiet house, ideal friends and families with children Las Casas Del Olivar (Villa Nogal) is a house of recent construction (end 2015 beginning 2016) of a plant located in a finca of 4500 m of olive trees on a plot of 1000 m. inside a cozy house where it is located. This distributed in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds) 1/4 full bath (bath, bide water, sink), kitchen (oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc, crockery, cutlery, varied utensils, small appliances), living room with LED TV with satellite and porch covered with table and 6 chairs. The house is fully heated with hot / cold in each of their stays. It has internet connection and wifi. satellite TV connected to satellite Astra (check your country according to air channels that emit through this satellite) Supplementing housing a covered garage and a barbecue. If your idea is to travel with children have a beautiful garden area with a large sandpit, swings and some toys. The garden area (practically the whole plot) has a neat lawn area bordering the pool deck 7.5x3.5 sheet of water. Towards this area the covered porch of the house is oriented and the barbecue is located (has toilet, iron gas etc). Within the garden there are magnificent palm trees, olive trees, cypresses and various garden plants. The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation (these extremes make any necessary maintenance is not a normal occupation for 1 week which is a great privacy for guests). The whole plot has a large outdoor iluminiacion which makes the nights outside with the weather in this part of Spain, are fabulous for meals outside, bathrooms, etc. The house is stocked with linens and towels. As well as garden furniture (hammocks, etc). On the terrace of the pool is a fabulous bed Balinese chill out with red curtains and cushions. Access to the house is fully paved, having only to deviate from the county road 100 m. The farm is right on the border between Alhaurin el Grande (6 km) and Alhaurin de la Torre (8 km) towns that have all services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, etc.). Likewise we are about 20 km from Málaga and its airport and about 20/30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or on the beach but without the hassles of the coast in summer. The house is located at the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas and only about 500 m Golf Laurogolf. The house is completely private and very quiet. The house is ideal for all year because the days are sunny and temperatures prevailing are very nice in this area as close to the sea and protected from the wind by the nearby mountains. You can enjoy meals, lectures, conversations outdoors almost all year.
