From the owner

This is a 3 bedroom second floor corner apartment with a huge L-shaped 67m2 wrap around terrace. It is fully equipped with brand new modern appliances and is in excellent condition. The apartment sleeps 7 guests comfortably. This property's indoor space is 97.8 m2, one of only 28 built, the largest apartments in Condado de Alhama.

The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and iron. The apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The indoor dining area seats eight. The living area has a L-Shaped Sofa, a 40" flat screen TV with 300 channels including Uk TV, CD/DVD-player, PlayStation2, WIFI and a A/C units in each bed room as well as the living room.

The Master bedroom has a Super King sized bed. The room has sliding patio doors to the terrace with a bistro table and chairs for your morning Coffee in the sun. Bedroom Two has 2 single beds this room also has sliding patio doors to the terrace. In the third bedroom there is a triple bunk bed. All three bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units. Bed linen and towels are provided for, however, please bring your own beach towels.

The apartment has a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel rail, mirror with the normal shaving point and sockets for your electric toothbrush.

On the terrace overlooking the Sierra Espuna an Carrascoy mountains, there is outdoor furniture and 4 sunbeds. The outdoor dining table and chairs seats six, 4 of the chairs are recliners. In addition there is the bistro table and two chairs. This wrap around terrace is perfectly placed at all times of the day you will find blazing sun or shade if needs be.

We have private under cover numbered parking slot. On the island of La Isla you will find an outdoor sport area, a small playground and 2 infinity pools. It is a safe, secure and quiet place. Perfect for year round living or relaxed family holidays.
