Wonderful golf break in Bellême, Normandy. Stunning self-catering home adjacent to a picturesque 18-hole course with easy access to Paris and Le Mans.

This stunning 2 bedroom semi detached little red home is set in the most beautiful French countryside ideally positioned on the edge of the Normandy Golf and Country Club golf course with easy access to numerous outdoor activities and events which include horse riding, golf, tennis and swimming.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open plan living room and kitchen. Its has a fully functional kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster and cooking appliances. Everything you need to have a fantastic stay in such a lovely area of France*

This home is ideally positioned a short drive to Les Mans which hosts the world renowned 24 hour annual racing event attracting thousands of people each year. There are many shops, restaurants and walks to enjoy whilst there and a must see for all motor sports enthusiasts.

If you are looking for relaxation then this is the place to be; you can enjoy strolls in the surrounding woodland, parks, lakes and rolling hills all within a few minutes walk. The Le Perche forest is literally on your doorstep and ranked as being one of the best in France. The house is also only 1 hour 30 mins drive from Paris so really is perfectly placed to service the capital if you are looking for action, shopping or Euro Disney or MGM studios.

The coastline can be reached in under 1.30 hours where you can visit all D-Day landing beaches and enjoy some of the best beaches and surfing in France.

The house is also set within walking distance to the lovely little village of Belleme which is is visually outstanding, a typical French village with all local shops and eateries which you would expect from somewhere like this in France.

The club house is a 1 minute walk, with boasts a number of facilities which include: a lovely restaurant, bar, free wifi at the bar, breakfast room, games room with pool/snooker table and table football for the kids.

There is also horse riding on site, tennis courts and a swimming pool, gym and spa facilities if you really would like to relax and unwind. The golf course is chargeable at a reasonable fee of €24 for 18 holes.

Belleme, really does have it all. Please come and visit....You wont regret it!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Matt (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
