Aucanada is a villa village in the north of the island of Mallorca, which promises a relaxing holiday overlooking the bay of Alcudia. Just around the corner you have the opportunity to spend a sporty afternoon on the 18 hole golf course in best conditions. Due to the direct location by the sea you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and a quick access to the pebble beach with shady pine forest in the back. The small offshore island with lighthouse can be easily reached on shallow water by walking or swimming. Aucanada is known for its beautiful villas, which are more appealing to individual tourists and therefore ideal for a relaxed family holiday. The place is still largely spared by mass tourism. Restaurants and shops can be reached comfortably by a walk. The nearby port of Alcudia is reached in a 15 minutes walk and offers on a long harbor promenade many different shopping and leisure activities. For cultural entertainment and sightseeing, head to the old town of Alcudia, where a huge weekly market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.

One of the most impressive villas in Aucanada is our Villa "Sammy Alcanada Sea View". Due to the elevated location you get a fantastic sea view, which makes chilling out on the large pool terrace an unforgettable holiday moment. The large pool (13m x 2.5m) is divided into children's pool and swimmer area. Sufficient sunbeds and shade places offers the necessary comfort if it means "Just do nothing". On the same level, however, inside there is a private Spa with heated pool, whirlpool and fitness area. An absolute plus for athletes and for tourists in the off season. In the front area there is a table tennis table waiting for fun competitions. On the furnished terrace upstairs you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal blue sea, while you dine a good glass of wine to the freshly prepared steak. The large dining table offers enough space for the whole travel group, so you can round off the day in a sociable round.

The interior of the villa extends over a total of 470 m² of quality, good taste and comfort. The communal living area consists of a large living room with TV corner, open dining room and a super modern, fully equipped kitchen. The huge window elements let the entire interior area appear in natural daylight and also offers this unforgettable sea view. The high-quality equipment in a modern look is perfectly adapted to the style of the villa. Many small details promise a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The sleeping area of ​​the villa is arranged on 5 spacious double bedrooms (4 with 2 single beds each, 1 with 1 double bed). Each bedroom has its own large bathroom en suite, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. 2 additional extra beds can be arranged upon request. Baby cots and high chairs are available, but should be registered in advance. Free Wifi Internet is of course at leisure. Radiators were installed for the cooler season, so you can feel comfortable here all year round. Even anti-mosquito gadget was thought. If you arrive with a rental car, you can park it conveniently in the garage (3 parking spaces). All in all, a brilliant holiday home with feel-good guarantee! We are looking forward to your visit...
