This large detached country house of 315 m2, set in extensive grounds is an idea location for peaceful, relaxing holiday. The old walled town of Alcudia with its many narrow streets, small intimate restaurants and array of shops is just a short distance away. The beach resorts of Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and its Golf Course are all just a few minutes drive from the villa.
The accommodation, which is very spacious throughout, is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a separate lounge with comfortable settees and a feature enclosed fireplace. There is a second TV / Libraray / Drinks room which also benefits from comfortable seating and high quality furnishings. Entertainment is provided be two satellite TV's offering limited digital channels in English, a DVD player and a music system.
Adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room with a beautiful high quality dining suite which in turn leads to a fully fitted kitchen which has a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a large built in oven and hob.
Also on this level there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
A unique feature of the villa is the use of two separate staircases to access the first floor bedrooms. The first, leading up from the dining room gives access to the landing from where there is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a triple room with interconnecting door to a double bedroom. From here the second set of stairs leads down to the ground floor. All the bedroom are light and airy with comfortable beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lights. A luxurious bathroom having a corner Jacuzzi bath completes the accommodation on this level.
All rooms have a fan.
During the winter months if necessary put the central heating part must pay to consumption of diesel oil at the price of 1.20 euros per liter.

The Balearic Islands region
Balearic Islands are located in the Mediterranean Sea and Mallorca is the largest of them. Villa can Roca is located in Alcudia in the north of the island, 50 km from Palma and has two bays: the Bay of Alcudia and the bay of Pollensa, with large and long sandy beaches and crystal clear excellent temperature.
It patching that there are a lot of small coves with rocks and sand with great charm and magic.
The old walled town of Alcudia with its cobbled streets full of life, with its restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and more.
To visit the Church of Sant Jaume, the chapel of Santa Anna and the hermitage of La Victoria.
Alcudia has one of the most important examples of the Roman past as the Roman theater and ruins of Pollentia, vestiges that remain Pollentia City founded in 123 BC by Quint Cecili Metel.
In Alcudia are two weekly markets on Tuesdays and Sundays and in the port of Alcudia a small market is held on Friday.
The water park Hidropark is open daily of May until late October with slides, wave pool, large pools and lots of fun for all ages.
