Your "Home from Home in the Sun!", La Roca is the perfect holiday for either Romantic Breaks for Two, Family Holidays and Friends Retreats. Located just below the white washed village of Alcaucin, your assured of rest, relaxation, peace and quiet. Just 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 20 minutes from a large Shopping Mall, Cinima and Water Park. The village is just a couple of minutes away offering everything from Restaurants/Cafes/Bars, banks and local shops.

The Villa offers the benefits of being within 7,500 sq metres of private olive groves and provides that true Home from Home feel with the added advantage of it's own private 8 x 4 swimming pool.

A beautiful luxury villa, the perfect 'Home from Home in the Sun!'. Designed with space in mind, 3 large bedrooms can be configured as SuperKing, Twin or Family bedrooms each having either en-suite bath or shower rooms, a large lounge with panoramic views and BBC TV and a well appointed large kitchen with views overlooking the valley and private swimming pool.

The dining area provides a comfortable dining environment for up to 10 people with direct access to the main veranda and private 8 x 4m. swimming pool. With sun and fun in mind, the villa roof overhangs the veranda to provide over 40 sq. metres of shade from the midday sun. From the veranda you have full views of the valley whilst still being close enough to the pool terrace that wherever you are, you're together. The gas BBQ is located on the pool terrace next to the veranda making it the centre of attention for those lunch or evening meal times. All this set within over 7,500 M2 of it's own private olive grove. A beautiful peaceful tranquil setting.

The swimming pool is the centre point of life in the sun. Whatever you are doing, or where ever you are at La Roca, you're never far from the swimming pool. Not everyone wants to be in the pool, or lazing in the sun on the pool terrace. Some want to be in the shade, reading a book or just relaxing. So we built a large overhanging roof on La Roca which provides over 40 sq. metres of shade on the verada, which is next to the pool and terrace to ensure that where ever you want to be, you can still be together.

However, if you want to take time out from everyone else, why not take a seat at the other end of the villa, looking over the valley and up to the mountains. Then, when the mood takes, simply relax together for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the veranda beside the pool terrace gas BBQ.

Whilst staying at La Roca, our agents 'Spanish Management' are on hand whenever you should need them. Owned and operated by English ex-pats, feel free to contact them at any time during your stay. They are your first point of contact whilst at La Roca to resolve any issues. Should you find they are unable to help then please let me know immediately so that I can assist. Spanish Management have a local office open Mon to Saturday until 2pm in the village of Vinuela (next to the bank).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
