Top floor flat, 100 square metres with terrace overlooking sea, 4 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
Lovely, light top floor flat, overlooking the Gulf of Castellamare.
Located on the seafront of Alcamo marina, it is a completely renovated, comfortable and spacious independent flat, with a living room and a big terrace overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Castellamare.
It consists of three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a television. Street parking in front of house.
It is ideally placed to reach the main tourist attractions such as the Zingaro nature reserve, the medieval city of Erice, the beautiful beaches and stacks of Scopello, Segesta with its temple and Greek Theatre, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the unspoiled Egadi islands and last but not least only a few kilometres away Palermo with its historical and natural attractions.
Restaurants, beach-resorts, small grocers and other shops near the flat.
The bus stop (Trapani-Palermo line and vice versa) is 50 metres away from the flat.
The train station is 1 kilometre away, Palermo airport is 40 kilometres away and Trapani airport is 50 kilometres away.
All in all, an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday!

How do damage deposits work?
