From the owner

Our house is an example of authentic limestone houses of the region, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded with historical sites. The charming ground floor apartment is full of original features such exposed walls, stone floor and original wood ceiling. Like most old Sicilian houses, it is built to keep cool and airy in the hot summer period, thanks to the small windows overlooking an internal court and the thick stone walls. We offer a fully independent apartment featuring a kitchen that is fully equipped, and is part of an open dining living area consisting of a six-chair dining table, a 40 inch flat tv. The internal “chiostrina” offers additional relaxation space. Two bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom complete the apartment

Why can't I call Francesca (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
