Rural Housing "Piqueras" is within the region of the Southern Highlands of Jaen in the town of Alcalá la Real, located on the hill of the same name with wonderful views of the Sierra Sur and Sierra Nevada itself.

The construction of housing is of 1.990, but has been adapted for Rural Tourist Accommodation Housing last year 2013.

All rooms are decorated with style "VINTAGE" and have wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada, Sierra Sur and even the Castle of "La Mota" of Alcalá la Real.

From the main terrace you can observe equally beautiful views and enjoy any meal of the day.

It consists of five double bedrooms two of which have ensuite bathroom.

The spacious living room has built-in kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar, which has a large table with their chairs and sofa by the fireplace to relax or watch TV quietly,

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. and ample crockery and cutlery.

For winter, besides the chimney, it has heating in all rooms with central biomass boiler.

For summer there is a wonderful pool and next to it is a great barbecue. There is also the area of ​​Parral where you can relax or make any meal of the day without at all, the strictness feel heat.

It is ideal for families with children, couples and groups.

How do damage deposits work?

If Antonia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
